If you see your business as a series of these bathtubs with faucets and drains, you can finally control it instead of just reacting to the water level. Does that make sense? So, like, you're not always freaking out every time the leads are low. You're not always freaking out every time the cash is low. Are you running enough traffic to generate these leads? Are you paying enough money to generate these leads? Right. Is your team overworked? Do you have the right team? Do they have consistent quality? What are you actually doing to make sure the problem doesn't show up in the first place?
