Day 17 of the 21 Day Build A Mastermind Challenge

Day 17 of the Build a Mastermind 21-day challenge (hosted by Brad Hart) explains how to run JV (joint-venture) masterminds. The host walks through a provided 10-slide pitch-deck template, outlines recommended program structure and time commitment, lists partner qualifications, and recommends economics (typically 70/30 when the expert brings the audience, 50/50 if partners share assets/audience). The clip ends with launch/scale notes and CTAs to the program website and associated Facebook group.

What's up? What's up? What's up, guys? We are on day 17. We are almost there. We're on the home stretch to the 21 day build a mastermind challenge. I am super excited. If you've been watching every video along with me, I just want to say thank you. Thank you, thank you so much for watching. Hope you've gotten crazy amounts of value out of this and you're taking notes and you're doing the homework and you're getting after it and creating an incredible mastermind. Today I want to talk to you about JV Masterminds, which is a joint venture, Mastermind. So this is if you don't have the expertise yourself, but you want to partner with somebody else who has expertise. So I talked about that example with me and Michael out in China and Hong Kong. He had the expertise and I had the building mastermind expertise. So I helped him build a mastermind for his people and we split the profits, which is really cool. So in that way, I've actually created another resource for you to pitch this and I'm going to show it to you right now. So, so you can go and pitch an expert that you want to work with on Mastermind. So here's that and we're going to go ahead and get underway so you can go and get that here. And I'm just going to stop sharing so I can share this other document now and just walk you through it. Let's pop back over there now. Here we go. And here is your slide deck that you can go ahead and co opt to, you know, just create a copy basically in Google Docs and then you can change it however you like. But this is designed by our people and it works. There's only 10 slides here, so you know, you can add or subtract however you like, but basically just going through here gives you all the different bits that you need to cover as far as, you know, are you an expert? Yes. Why a mastermind? Selling them on the, on the vehicle, guaranteed, you know, results as far as what you can deliver. How does it work? You build this program. Tangible, quantifiable, blueprint, no upfront risk. You find the right audience, you talk about the beta test, you talk about all that stuff and then the time commitment as well. One on one access in the beginning just to get people rolling. And then it gets less and less and less over time. That's really what it is, right? You're gonna start this thing, it's gonna be more time in the beginning, but then once it's rolling and you got a formula, then it's really easy to facilitate going forward. Right. And you just keep turning the crank and bringing more people through. It makes sense. Cool. Qualifications. This is the, these are the things that they need, that you need as the JV partner from your expert in order to get that. And also the things that you would expect from working with the person that you're working with and support what you're going to provide for that person in order to get their mastermind off the ground and running and rocking. Then you can talk about the economics, what the deal terms are going to be, what are you going to do? A 50, 50 split or a 70, 30 split typically is where people give me a lot of questions and I want to answer those questions. So I recommend a 70, 30 split if it's their audience and their expertise and you're just facilitating and selling the mastermind. Right. If it's more like a 50, 50 where you bring the audience, they bring an audience, you're partnering up and you're both enrolling, you're both doing the thing, you're both going to be doing a bunch of the work, it's more like a 50, 50 split. But if they're bringing more of the assets to the table, then it's more like a 70, 30 split and be 70% to them and 30% to you. And then finally, after, you know, you could talk about the economics of the long term investment here. So if you continue working together, what that's going to look like and how you can build it into a system that runs on autopilot so you can go through these in more depth later. I just wanted to give you a quick overview of what it could look like to pitch a JV mastermind. This is additional added value with the build a mastermind 21 day challenge. I hope you guys have enjoyed it. This is day 17. I will see you on day 18. We are on the home stretch. I'm so excited here, guys. You guys are crushing it. I know you're already creating great masterminds, but I want to hear about your wins in the Facebook group. So please do head over to facebook.com groups. Build a mastermind. I'm sorry, Masterminds for entrepreneurs and share your wins. All right. And then as always, if you want to work with us in the Build a Mastermind program, go ahead, pop over to buildamastermind.com, check out the case study, fill out the application, jump on our calendar. We'd love to have a chat with you. About that and see if it's good fit for everybody. All right. Talk to you soon. I'll see you in video number 19. That's day 19 coming right you after these words.
