This content was created by Brad Hart. This content was uploaded by Brad Hart. This is a YouTube video titled "Day 20 of the 21 Day Build A Mastermind Challenge" (created 2023-09-30) featuring Brad Hart delivering a solo coaching/marketing presentation. He explains the "ATM" framework (Attention → Time → Money) credited to mentor Roger James Hamilton, gives practical advice on running content challenges (e.g., a 30-day content challenge), rotating marketing channels, limiting offer frequency, and building a sales pipeline (the "wagon wheel" approach). The clip includes promotional CTAs for the Build A Mastermind program, a $49 sales script offer, and an invitation to book a call. Monologue-style instructional content rather than a multi-speaker conversation.

Build a mastermind 21 day challenge day 20 here we are. My name is Brad Hart and I am coming to you from Make More Marbles Build a Mastermind. I'm here to help, here to serve. If you've been watching these videos all the way through, I have been just dropping manna from heaven, giving you everything that you need to build your own mastermind. I hope you've enjoyed it. We've got a lot out of it. Again, you can't do everything inside these 5 minute videos, 10 minute videos, we can get you rolling and get you some momentum. That's really exciting. We'd really love to have you in the Build A Mastermind group to go further, faster and work with us on a more intimate basis and setting. Because the most valuable gift I have to give is my time and expertise and energy and attention. And I really love serving clients. So if you want to jump on a call with us, you can absolutely do that. But today I want to talk a little bit about a philosophy that one of my mentors, Roger James Hamilton, taught me, which is the ATM. We were at dinner at the Abundance360 mastermind. He just happened to sit across from me. I was geeking out on wealth dynamics at the time and I was asking him all kinds of questions and he shared this with me and I thought it was really valuable. So I'm going to share it with you. But kudos to Roger for this one. I'm borrowing it because it's really powerful. So let's go ahead and present here. Got it. And this is called the atm and what it stands for is. Well, let's first start with a story like if you want to make money, you don't just go up to people and ask for money. That's begging, right? In order to get money, you can't start with money. You can't start with the ask for money. You got to start with getting a right. If you know the average person has an 8 to 30 second attention span and you give them something that they like and they like what they're getting for their attention, then they'll invest some time, right? Maybe some actual time, maybe five minutes, maybe an hour, whatever. And if you can build that rapport and begin to get them to trust you, then all of a sudden, yeah, you have their attention now. You've given them something they like, they're giving you their time, they're getting something they like for their time, they begin to trust you, they begin to know like and trust you. And then finally you can ask them for their money. So instead of going straight for the money and asking people, hey, it's like going up to the girl at the bar and saying, can I buy you a drink? It's a little bit too aggressive at first. You want to begin to create content and a pipeline of people who are interested and given their attention and then ultimately investing some time in that content and then ultimately being more willing to talk about working together on a more financial investment basis. So this is the way you do that. So what I'm going to recommend is now that you finish this challenge, we got one more day, so don't go away yet. But now that you're finishing up this challenge, you want to create a 30 days of content challenge for yourself. You want to go out there and spread your expertise and make a couple of offers throughout. You can do something like what I've done with this 21 day challenge video. You can use this as a model. It's super effective. I've seen a lot of my mentors do them and I've done shorter ones that have been very effective as well. You can get people warmed up for your next offer when you make that offer. You don't want to make an offer more than twice a month, so I would say once a month or every quarter is acceptable too, but no more than maybe every 14 days making an offer to that audience. But then you can start to pitch different parts of the wagon wheel too. So let's say you have a Facebook audience, you have a LinkedIn audience, you have an email list, you got Instagram, Pinterest, whatever you got, you can start to rotate those and do more often offers so you can have more consistency and cash flow and better sales cycle and fill your pipeline. So it's not feast and famine, but you're working the wagon wheel of marketing channels where you're not inundating the same people over and over again. If they follow you on multiple challenge, they might see channels, they might see the same message over and over again. But this is the way you can continue to work this ATM model, right? Getting the attention, getting people to invest their time, build trust and eventually ask for money, which is, you know, making the offer and closing the deal. And once you do that rinse and repeat again, you can get the sales script and bonus training, which is still available for a limited time. Here, 49 bucks. It's really worth it. Go out and check out buildamastermind.com salesesscript if you want to join the whole Bam fam and get all the things then you can. You know how to do that by now. This is day 20, so go to build a mastermind.com jump on our calendar. I would love to chat with you about working with you to get a mastermind underway or an event or workshop, you know, a course hybrid, whatever you want to do, we're here to help with that. And stick around for the last and final video in the 21 day challenge, day 21, we're going to show you everything that's in that course. So I'm really excited to show you that. Let's hop over there right now. It.
