I'm 34. I was in a band, we were touring around the world and I got home from one of the tours and realized my bank account was negative. All my credit cards were overdrawn, my student loans were starting to come due. I realized like, man, I got to grow up. I have to like be an adult now, right? So I did that started that basically launched a 10 year career on investments in Wall Street. I ended up getting a master's in economics. I got to be promoted to VP at a $36 billion investment fund, was the youngest VP in the company. And then once I got promoted and I got to this place that I really was like looking to get to, I kind of looked around and realized, man, this is actually what I wanted. This wasn't making me happy. I was just as miserable then as I was in the 10 years before working up to this position.
