Welcome to Make More Marbles. My name is Brad Hart and we're here to interview the game changers, the future makers, the co collaborators and creators who are here to collaborate with one another towards a better future for all of us. Enjoy the show. We've got a great guest coming up for you right now. Welcome to the Make More Marvels podcast. My name is Brad Hart. I'm joined today by Hawk Mikado, the funnel genius. You're awesome. I appreciate you being here, man. We always have a lot of fun on these shows. Hawk, say hello to the people at home.
What's up everybody? I am Hawk Mikado, the funnel genius and future President of the United States and future governor of California.
I'm going to vote for you, honestly. And you were born here, right? There's no issues there?
No.
There you go. So we're fine. Shouldn't be an issue at all. Hawk, what's new in the world of Hawk today? I mean, you got the funnel genius stuff going on. I just want to kind of catch up. This is a good opportunity. We had dinner like a month and a half ago, so I want to make sure that I know what's going on, what's newest and greatest, and then I want to tell the audience at home why you're so awesome, how you can help them and maybe dig into some of the pieces of what it is you're doing. Because I think it's fascinating. Like, you know, all wealth really is just value times leverage. And if you got the value part sorted out, Hawk can really help you get the leverage to go out there and help more people.
Yeah. So we have our, we have the magazine, we have the magazine, Funnel magazine, which is kind of doing its own thing. And then we have our agency as well, which we find that when every business that is successful, they have three core components in place. They've got traffic, they have funnels, and they have follow up systems. With all three of those, you're rocking and you're making tons of money. You're making a huge impact. You're able to grow your business and you're able to take more time off without those, then you're struggling. And it's even just one thing or even one thing off. So even if you have traffic going, but it's the wrong traffic, then there's a disconnect in what it is. So just having the right systems, having the right processes in place, having the right people as well is really important.
Right on. And what do you think has been the key thing or the aha moment that has really shifted. I mean. Cause you went all in on clickfunnels. Like, I, you know, I've been in it. I've known Dylan and all those guys for a long time, since the beginning. But I never was like the guy who's like, oh, I'm going all in on funnels. So what do you think was the turning point? You're like, I'm gonna be the funnel genius. And this is it.
Wow, that's an interesting. So I started. So when I was in second grade, I got an A on the test and my dad gave me five bucks. I go buy anything I want. And I was walking around looking for something and someone's like, hey, you probably really like dried mango. And so I was like, all right, I'll try it. And took a piece. And I always have a bag of dried mango pretty much everywhere I go now. It's actually funny. So Kate and I were in a store yesterday or day before, and literally the first thing I went to was the area where the dried mango, like that is my go to place. When I go into a grocery store, my first place, the first thing I look for is dried mango. And then if they don't have dried mango, I look for fresh mango. And if they don't have fresh mango, I'm very frustrated. But anyways, so we go into the store and I get a pound of mango. And at the time, a pound of dried mango was like five bucks. It's like $16 now 20 Canadian, because I'm in Canada. And I got the bag, we checked out. And by the time we went from checkout to the car, I polished off the entire bag of dry food. So I'm like, hey, dad, can I get some more of this? And he's like, well, if you're going to eat it that way, you got to figure out how to make money or yourself to pay for it. So the next day, we had just learned how to make origami paper balloons and the little paper fortune tellers and everything. And so I was, I made a bunch. And on my walk home from school, I started to sell them. And in sixth grade, everybody in my class got to create a business. And that was my fifth business endeavor. And I created a marketing company. I found a passion for sharing, messaging and for marketing and later on doing all the online stuff. And about three years ago, maybe two years ago, I met Russell at Steve Ulcer's event and I saw him speak. I was frustrated as hell because leadpages had just done an update and all of the coding that I had done in the page literally stopped working. And if I went and coded a page, it would just literally refresh back to the original template. So all of my work was literally gone. And I got frustrated. I stopped using leadpages. And then I saw Russell speak and he mentioned this platform called ClickFunnels, and I fell in love and we bought in, went to Funnel hacking live, and had already been doing pretty well, had started to build a little team. And one of the coolest things that we've done is we've built and we have a funnel hacking team. So a team that goes and finds templates and pages of other successful entrepreneurs and we model them. We copy the structure and the framework of them. Obviously, we don't copy their images or the actual text in it, but we funnel hack them. And last year we Funnel hacked almost 3,000 pages. This year we've funnel hacked another almost 2,000 pages, and we hit the 999 funnel limit.
Nice.
And I sent them a message and I'm like, hey, there's an issue. We can't do it. We can't build any more funnels. They're like, well, there's no solution to this. We set a number, not expecting anybody to ever hit the number. So I've got a little. I've got a badge of infamy for hitting that because it created an issue in the system. My own ClickFunnels account actually sees errors that nobody else. And they're like, well, we're sorry, but your account is the only one experiencing this. I'm like, I know it's because I hit 999 funnels. There's no other reason.
Didn't they upgrade you to VIP or was that the VIP account that did that?
Oh, that was. No, that was the unlimited account, which they just never expected anyone to hit it. So Unlimited is 999funnels. It's just not a priority. I'm the only person who's hit it. So they haven't. They need three people to hit it. So somebody else, please. I need two more people hit that number, 999 funnels, so they can make it.
Wouldn't it be like an insane value add to the community if you just put out like a bunch of great funnels, like, you know, hundreds of great funnels is like a plug and play type of thing. I don't know. I mean, you know, you know, that would be like where my head goes. Like, how could I do that? Like, make three other people or just pick three people to be like, here are 999 funnels. Go crazy. Enjoy. That would be wild. That's cool. That's a great story. So, all right, two things. Mango addiction. Had no idea. I just went to Costa Rica a couple years ago to this place called Puerto la Vida. It's in Miramar, Costa Rica. And the reason I tell the story is because they, my friends Ed and Brooke down there, own a 65 acre mango farm, which they host events. And if you've never been down there, it's really cool. I recommend checking it out. They do a bunch of events throughout the year that are more like kind of, you know, retreaty, you know, a little bit of meditation, a little bit yoga, that kind of stuff. It's really relaxing because you go out there and it's like right by the ocean, you can go down.
Yeah.
And then you're in the jungle and you could do that thing and there's monkeys. And the first night, I remember waking up in the morning, like 4am and there was like this growling like demons.
Just like.
Outside the tent. I'm like. And I'm like peeking out, what is that? It was like a gorilla. It was these little tiny howler monkeys that sit up in the trees. So there's the howler monkeys. If you never heard of those, they're terrifying. Especially if you don't know what they are. You think you're being attacked. I just remember, like sitting under the canopies when it would rain every day because of the wet season. And then the thing that really sticks with me, and this is relating to mangoes, is there's these mango bees and they look like little black flies. They're actually bees and they're super docile and they're like drunk on mango sugar. So they fly around and they're just like kind of doing the thing. You could like literally grab them out of the air and just hold them and then let them go and it's like nothing ever happened. They're just the most chill creature ever. If I ever get reincarnated and the Buddhist is right, I want to be a mango bee because they are just so zen. It's awesome. I really recommend checking it out if you, if you want to hook you up down there.
So, yeah, you. You had me at mango farm.
Yeah, it was rad. I was gonna build a house down there, but a bunch of other stuff happened. So anyway, long story short, mangoes are awesome. I appreciate that story very much and had no idea. It's like me with my obsession with penguins, Nobody knows why. I don't even know why I like penguins so much. I'm a big fan of black and white animals, so. All right, Hawk. So now we kind of understand where it came from. We understand where you're at now. You are the funnel genius. You're working with people all over the world. You're helping them create funnels. You've maxed out on Click Funnel. What is the next step for you, and what do you think is the next kind of project? Because you've actually confided to me, I think on our show that you want to be a billionaire one day. So if wealth times value times leverage equals billions, you're going to have to serve maybe a billion people. What is your plan or your focus or your future or your vision look like to get to that place without really crying? Yeah.
So we have. We have a program that we. That we built that that's. It's called Nonprofits Blueprint. And basically I'm taking my head and all the systems and all the things and putting it into a replica, something that, that you can literally go in, watch the videos, download the funnels right into your account, just plug and play, like, fill in the blanks, and you'll be good to go. So that's one of the things that we've built and we're offering. We also are working with a couple of guys who are really awesome, Brian and Don, who they run Online Marketing World, but they're also, they're software builders. And so we're building a funnel hacking software. So this tool is going to literally, you go into like a lead pages or unbounce or WordPress or like anything. And you could go in, you click a button and it'll basically map out the page and then it'll replace it with clickfunnels code. And you go into your editor and clickfunnels click another button and it'll pop in and literally be in there. You can build a funnel like that. So that's something that we're going to be doing because one of the biggest things, and we see this time and time and time again, is when someone is trying to build their business with funnels or with their website or with anything. Creativity often kills results because they try to go and let me share on that. They build this thing that they think looks beautiful and works. It's designed how they want it. They birthed something of their own. But there's no proven, it's not proven, there's no results behind it. And often we see like small business owner comes up with what they think is going to be the most effective, what they think is going to be the best way to convey the message, or what's the best way to connect with their audience. But they never ask their audience. And there are hundreds of companies out there, thousands of companies actually, that have asked the same audience what it is that they want, and they're effectively selling to them. And if you go and you find their funnel, you hack their funnel and you basically say, hey, here's what this funnel is actually going to do for you. We can analyze all that. We know it works. All they get to do is plug in their own content, plug in their own images, and they're good to go. And then they can start to attract the same audience. And that's what we see, because every time somebody comes to us is like, yeah, we built this funnel. And I look at it and I go like, who built it? And it was like, either them or one of, or they hired a new funnel builder who came up with this idea of what they thought might work. And then I look at the conversion rates and I'm just like, this is terrible. Actually, I was on a, I was on a funnel show, a podcast that I thought would be really good. And later on I started to see what they had built and we had already done the recording as the funnel. And I'm just like, what is this? The opt in is at the bottom of the page. You have to scroll all the way down to even opt in. People are lazy inherently. So if you give them an option to opt in at the top and they can, they're going there for a reason. And so don't make them go through 10 different hoops to actually opt in. Unless, of course, you're trying to get like the 1%. But when you're trying to build your list, that's generally not the best idea. So there's just, there's a lot of little things. And we really want to help educate people, which is actually why the magazine came out, which is why we designed the magazine in the first place. One of the main goals of the magazine is to help educate people on what's actually working in the marketplace, not what people might think is working. Now, a great example, I was in the clickfunnels group and some guy asked, he's like, hey, I'm new to clickfunnels, I'm doing my first auto webinar, but I'm not sure how to do it. And the first response was, well, get Infusionsoft get Stealth Seminar, connect it to your ClickFunnels account and was like, this seems really complicated. And the next one was like, well, get Webinar Jam recording Webinar Jam, then send it over to Everwebinar and connect that all to your ClickFunnels account. He's like, that seems way too. And I'm like, there's just some. ClickFunnels has an automated webinar functionality. Just like super simple. Here's a funnel. Grab it. Use this funnel. Like, complicating things and being creative and trying to make things difficult is where a lot of people struggle. And we want to stop that struggle. We want the people who are looking to lead their community in a bigger way to make it easier for them to do that. So that's what the magazine's for. That's what funnel profits blueprints for. That's what our VIP one on one's for, is to make sure that we're supporting leaders to do that.
Right on. I really appreciate that because like, at the end of the day, yeah, we should be collaborating towards a better future. What I mean by that is like, there's so much capacity in humanity to sell things and to market and to create funnels that work. And they've already done, like you said, the work to figure out exactly the things that are going to make the people come and do the things that you want them to do.
Right.
Whether it be opt in or buy or whatever. And realistically, why reinvent the wheel every single time we have all this capacity we can share and, and you're creating a way for people to easily share and find. And I think that's the key is like, they don't understand that there's already people out there selling things that you want to sell products and services, and they're valuable and they've already figured out and spent all this money and time and energy how to do that. So why don't you not rip them off but like learn from them, model them, funnel, hack it so that you can be in a position to use that as well, so that you can spend less time figuring it out and more time actually doing the things that are going to add the value to the people you want to serve. So that's great. And that's really like, that's a Make More Marvel's message if I ever heard one. Right. It's like, let's all collaborate over the competition and win more together.
I love it, man.
That's beautiful. Thank you, Hawk. And this is something I struggle with as well. If, you know, if I could be a little bit, you know, just telling. I mean, I've never been the guy who understood marketing and sales funnels and I even had, you know, a pretty successful run doing that type of work for people. But it was never from a place of like, you know, I knew it was going to work. I was always an iterative, you know, excruciating process of one piece is working. But as. Because the funnel can be 10 different pieces and. Right. Just because one piece isn't working doesn't mean the whole thing sucks and you got to throw it out. You know, my people don't understand like a funnel might be 10 steps right from start to finish. And some of the steps are converting great like gangbusters. Like we're getting 94% opt ins but then other steps are kind of lacking. And that's really the key is don't throw out the baby with the bathwater, but really focus on getting everything up to snuff. So when I would get frustrated with the funnel, I would always lean back on that. But even there's a better way, I think, which is what you just described, which is something that I kind of knew. But it was great to have the reminder. So thank you for that. I really had a nice little shift there. And I think if anybody's listening at home, if you're struggling with helping more people, if you're struggling with marketing and sales, like, the amount of money you're going to spend to hire Hawk is a significant investment. I know how much he charges. But the amount of money you're going to lose by the University of Not Knowing.
Right.
The tuition you're going to pay to the University of Not Knowing. Let's say you're supposed to make a million a year doing what you're doing and you make 5,000. Well, that means every, every month you write a check for $78,000 to the university of Not Knowing your alma mater. And they're gonna keep cashing those checks until you get smart. So stop paying tuition to the UKN and start paying people like Hawk to get your funnels sorted as quickly as possible. Because not everybody's great at everything, you know, not everybody's a genius like Hawk at a specific thing. So. So utilize the resources you have, guys. That's all I'm gonna say about that. Thank you.
I appreciate you. I have something, Matt, because I've shared that time and time again and one question that I get, and I guarantee there will be at least a small group of people that say this is that nobody else sells what I sell to the people that I sell it to. And I'm going to say, first of all, let's assume that's true. While I don't necessarily believe that's true, let's assume it's true. For your sake. I want you to go and find somebody else who sells something different to the same audience at around the same price point and hack their funnel. Go through their funnel. Go through their process, because that means your buyer is already used to purchasing in that format and they're willing to buy again.
Pull out your wallet so you can see the whole funnel and actually support that person along the way, as Russell always says. Right. Pull out your wallet. Come on, be a team player. Buy the thing. You're gonna learn something. It's always worth it. When you invest, life invests back in you.
Yeah, definitely. Yeah. I see this as hilarious. We get people, so people pay us to do funnel hacks for them, and they will send us. They'll be like, hey, I want you to hack this funnel. And like, great, where's the rest of the link? They're like, well, I thought you were gonna go through it. Like, sure, you can pay us, but just so you know, we charge five times whatever we pay for it. And they're like, oh, well, never mind. Like, we'll go buy the thing. So it's like, you know, if you're gonna. I'm gonna pay $200 to go through the entire funnel to buy all this stuff. By the way, I still get to keep all that stuff too. They would have to then pay me a thousand dollars for it, plus on top of that to hack the funnel. So, you know, it's like, really rad.
Policy that, like, kind of tells people that, hey, get in line, Stop being a user and start being a investor. I like it. That's really good. Okay, cool. So maybe it'd be valuable to kind of use an example, because, you know, Hawke, I'm always looking to uplevel in different ways, and I know where I'm not smart, right? And my whole thing is I don't need to know everything if I know everybody. So since we have this time together, what would you say? Since we're redoing all our websites, we got the podcast coming out, we got these two books and all that. What would you say would be, like, the top two or three funnels. I know what Russell would say, but that I should focus on for this rebrand, for the relaunch of everything. And make more marbles because it's a lot of pieces and projects coming together and I want to come together in a way that's cohesive and very specific. So hopefully it'll help other people as well.
Yeah, definitely. So what, what are the products or what's, what are you, what are your offers?
So the offers right now are a few lower end ticket offers. So we're looking at creating courses on productivity, on leadership, on teamwork. We've been doing a lot of things with wealth dynamics all the way up to investing, infrastructure, impact, influence, income, that kind of thing. So that's kind of more the physical digital product side. We also. So everywhere from $97 up to 497, then we also have various masterminds which run between 5 and 15,000 a year depending and then coaching, group coaching, masterminding, all that good stuff. Additionally we do trips so it's kind of like this ladder and stair step. So we're looking at very low end offers, like books to start, like those are coming out this year as well as just kind of free content like the podcast we publish every day as well. So we have a pretty robust content distribution system at this point.
Awesome. So you said you asked for two or three. I'm gonna give you seven funnels.
Seven.
Wow, seven. There are seven funnels and I know Russell talks about the three core funnels which are part of the seven. So those are the highest leveraged. So that the three highest leveraged funnels, free plus shipping, your webinar and your application. So those are definitely and will always be the three highest leverage. But a lot of cases like if you put those three funnels in place, you still need traffic, you still need to be able to capture leads. And while those are the highest leverage, those are also the highest cost. So you're going to spend more money trying to get leads. Now if you're in a rush and you need a like immediate sales, like those are the three funnels like we say go to. If you've got a high ticket, go with that. If you've got a low end, you know, 10, 20 bucks you can do as a free plus shipping, go with that. If you're doing, you know, you've got a 500 to 2000 webinars are perfect. So those are, those are the definitely the three core funnels. But we like, so we set up an opt in where it's literally designed to pre sell pre engage your prospects. So before you ever create anything, before you ever sell anything, before you ever even design any of Your products. Set up a landing page, really simple, where it's got a title, your promise and opt in. And the button says join the waiting list or register for. Register to receive this, whatever. Basically you're telling them that this is not coming out, this is not out, but this will come out in the future. And if it's going to cost money in the future, it's up to you if you want to tell them what it is on that page. Most of the time we will give a free version or a limited version to anybody. So if it's a, a program will say, hey, we'll give it to you for seven days for free for pre registering for this. That way you get to test it out and if you like it, you can pay for it. Or if it's completely free, obviously just give it to them once it's out. So that's the first funnel. The next one is an actual chatbot or a funnel bot. So we take that funnel and then we drive it. Once it's actually live, we drive it into a chatbot or funnel bot where we've got the opt in on the front page. Then it goes to Facebook messenger where we're able to capture them. So we've captured an email and we've captured a contact in our bot. Bots are by far the highest engaged resource on the marketplace at this moment. There will be something in the future that's going to be better, totally understand that. But at this current moment, your chatbot is just going to crush it beyond belief. Now if we get 100 people who opt in, we'll get about 50 people who actually joined the bot. And that's been consistent over multiple different businesses, multiple different funnels. So we've tested this and on average it's anywhere between 45 to 55%. So about 50% opt in and then also accept the bot request. Now with that, we can then deliver dripped content that actually gets into their inbox on Facebook versus their inbox and email. Because we all know email is a really powerful tool, but we all know that everybody gets way too many. I mean, how many emails do each of us. And especially in our business, our industries.
Yeah, we're all these great marketing lists and they mail every day, just like make more marbles does.
Yeah. So now if you're. So one of the things that we're doing is we're actually sending like if you want to send an email to say, hey, go download this, instead of sending them to the actual download or to an opt in, well, you can send them to an opt in page, but you could also send them directly to Facebook messenger where messenger delivers the asset. And what that does is it allows you to build that list up. So that's number two. So number one is your opt in, number two is your bot. So funnel plus bottom number three is your free plus shipping or self liquidating offer. So that's anywhere between $5 to basically 200 bucks. Somewhere in that range you're going to charge for that. The best one we find is the free plus shipping. But if you don't have a free plus shipping offer, you can do a standard self liquidating offer which is basically just a low ticket, bring somebody in the door and adds massive, massive, massive value. If you were to think of if you were gonna sell this for $1,000 and you were to give it away for $97 just so you could literally, it's like I'm bribing you to get into my customer base, not just my prospect, because you've been in my list, but I want you to become a customer because the credit card is by far the number one most important thing that you need to get. Without a credit card, you can't do a whole lot. With a credit card you can. Your possibilities are limitless. And one of the most powerful things about click funnels is that once you have a credit card, you can send someone an OTO page, a one time offer page or an upsell page and you don't need to recapture that credit card anymore. And if for whatever reason their credit card doesn't charge or doesn't work, it will pop up a credit card for it and then they can fill their credit card out again. So I didn't know that part.
That's probably new little.
It's been about six, five or six months I think since they. And so that's one of the most. That right there is extremely powerful. So with that right there, your possibilities become limitless now. So that's number three. Number four is micro continuity. So if you have something that, that you can offer continuity or micro continuity. So if you have something you can offer on a monthly basis, whether it's training or resources or downloads, that's one of the, I think one of the most difficult for people to create because it requires ongoing build. Now one of the things you can do is you can take. So the difference between a continuity and a micro continuity is a micro continuity is you're paying X amount of dollars for X amount of time. So I joined Russell's 2 comma Club coaching program which is $2,000 or nine payments of 297, I think it was. So basically I joined a micro continuity. I'm paying 297 over nine months, nine payments. So that is really powerful. The next one, of course is your webinar and you don't have to offer your webinar for free. Like so many people are like, well I got to do my webinar for free. You can charge $7 or 27 or $100 for your webinar. Now, understanding that you have to provide way more value and the offer at the end is a lot shorter because you've already charged them for it. But that can be a really powerful tool. The next is a boot camp or a masterclass and that's six weeks, either six weeks or a six, three to six hour training program on a specific topic. And then you don't sell in any of those, any of those trainings, any of those modules you don't sell at all. But then you follow it up with a seventh module or a bonus module where in that module you can sell. So that's where you do your upgrade.
Oh, interesting. So all right, this is number four, Number five, I lost track.
So you had opt in bot free shipping, self liquidating webinar boot camp.
And then the last is your application continuity webinar bootcamp. And then what would be number seven? And then we had a question from the audience which I'd like to posit to.
So the last one is your application, your high ticket phone.
Got it.
And here's something I want to say about like people like, well, this is great for like if you're selling info products, you can actually use all of these. If you sell physical products. Webinars are great to sell packages of your product and educate your audience. Applications are great to send out to vendors. So if you have a vendor who wants to sell your product for you, you can also use application funnels if somebody wants to buy in bulk and basically get a wholesale. So your application is used more so for wholesale. So we find that those are the two that most people are like, well, I can't do this because I don't need to educate my audience. Well, let's take Apple for example, because Apple does a brilliant job at this. If you go into the store and you buy an iPad, first of all they're gonna upsell you into AppleCare. But then they're gonna say, hey, would you like to join us for a workshop on how to use your iPad? And they do, they Literally hold a workshop every single week for every single product. So you can go in, you can buy any product and you can come back in the store. Which by the way, at the end of that they say, by the way, this would pair really well with my upsell. So they're really good at that. So you can educate your customers through those different things.
It's really smart. And I see this all the time in physical products like supplements. Oh, buy one bottle, okay, get six for price of four or something like that. And they upsell that way. You know, I know a lot of different people in the industry that do that. So absolutely, guys, whether it's physical, whether it's digital, whether it's coaching, you know, a lot of the advice I give, you know, if you don't have a product yet is you can sell your time, but you know, make sure that you're investing the money into these little upsells because you want to give people a way to play at any level they're at and you want to consistently be making offers. Because the only thing that will really trip you up at the end of the day is cash flow. Like, I see so many entrepreneurs struggling with cash flow. We have ways to fix that with various vehicles that we could talk about at some other time. But you know, understanding that you always need to be making offers and selling and that that part can be automated is really the answer to the question, what is a funnel? Right. That was a question we just have in the audience. I'm not sure what a funnel is. Well, that's just the terminology to say I want people to do a thing. Here is a stepwise process to get them to do a thing. And a funnel could be. I put out a post on Facebook, PM me cool. I follow up with those people. We get on a call, we sell. That could be a funnel, right? That's a very basic funnel. It could be a list of names that I have made up and put on my desk. They're staring me in the face to go sell my program, right? It could be very simple or it could be more robust where you have landing pages. It's well designed and there's different opt ins and upsells and OTO's and this one and that one. And that can make you crazy. Trust me, I've built tons of them and so is Hawk. However, a funnel, don't get intimidated. Can just be very simple. Three step process. Two step process. One step process.
Yeah, most of the time we like to keep our funnels when we're Educating or when we're building the initial front end of it. And, like, people get frustrated with us about this, which is ironic, but we create three step funnels. Step one, the actual, like, call to action. So opt in or buy. Step two is confirmation. Step three is, hey, by the way, here's three more things you can get.
Step one, collect underwear. Step two, step three, profit. What's step two? Step one, collect underwear.
Link Blink.
But it's really true, guys. Like, it's not a difficult thing, right? It's leads, sales deliver value and then operations to tie it all together. That's a business. That's the lemonade stand. That's ExxonMobil. That's funnels. Funnel.
Genius.
That's make more marbles. That's any business. Who do you serve? What do they want? Ask them. Provide it. Collect money.
So the question to what is a funnel? That was the question from the audience.
Yes.
So I want you to imagine you're at Disneyland or Disney World, depending on which side of the country you're on or what part of the world you're in. And you go and you stand in a line for a ride that you really like. We're going to call that the opt in. Now, you go through and you actually get on the ride. You experience the whole thing. And we're going to call that the sales page. Now, you get out of the ride and you walk out and there just happens to be this beautiful store that has all the products that are related to the sales page or the ride that you just rent. Now, whether you buy or not, whether you say yes or no, it doesn't matter because as soon as you go out, there's three to five other rides which you can go and opt in.
I like it. That's a really good analogy. Also, Disneyland is amazing.
I'm Mickey Mouse.
Oh, boy. Anyway, I like Mickey. He's also a black and white animal. Comes to. Come to think of it, I wonder if he likes mango. Let's get Mickey on the podcast. Savannah, if you're. If you're listening.
Hold on right on.
What do you got? Oh, you got a Mickey watch.
I don't know where that. I don't know where my mic is on here, but let's be quiet. It's 1244. It's 1244.
That's so good.
There you go. You had Mickey. Well, he was upside down, but you had Mickey on your podcast now. I did.
That is. That is a pretty big deal, I'm gonna say. I'm gonna say it's probably the most famous guest I've had so far. Second most famous guest besides Hawk.
I brought him on. That makes them.
Hawk can also be found at the Modesty Awards, where he will be accepting his Modesty Award for the fourth year in a row. I don't know why he bothers to write a speech anymore. Honestly, he should just get the award shipped to his house. At this point.
I can't be. I couldn't be more modest. I mean, I'm gonna be governor next year, and then I'm gonna be president in six years. I mean, there's no way that I can be any more modest.
And that actually is a perfect segue because this is the Make More Marbles podcast. So we're always looking for ways. I never tell guests this beforehand, but we're always looking for ways to add more value. The way we do that is a collaboration, and it's connecting resources, opportunities, people, and systems together. So for anybody listening at home or anybody watching right now on Facebook Live, Hawk, the final genius, or Kate, or anybody in your organization. How can we add value to you since you've given so much to us? I mean, you gave us basically the entire blueprint to create a business online today.
How do. Well, I'm running for governor, so vote for me. Well, I don't need you to vote for me. I mean, I only want people to vote for me if they believe in the policies and what I'm helping bring to California. Make more marbles.
Thanks, Kate. I love you, too.
Political stance. Make more marbles.
I like that. That's a good political stance. I never thought of it that way.
Thank you. That's a great political stance. So one of the big things that we're looking for support with, obviously we can build all the funnels and all the marketing stuff, but I just want to know. What's important to me is to know what people are. What are people looking for? Not just in the business, because business, to me, is simple. There's not a whole lot that. When it comes down to businesses that are actually leading forward and are making more marbles, it's all about impact and income. And I'm sure you have other things. Marbles. Yes. So, I mean, those are the two, like, core things. Well, impact, income, and innovation and excellence. So actually, my top three values are impact, innovation, and excellence. I love that those are the three. And I like the income in there, too. So we're gonna add income in there.
Yeah. And it's an alliteration, too. So you have income, impact, Influence infrastructure investments.
Basically it should be called iness, not business.
I like it.
Or yeah, I don't know, whatever. I'm terrible at jokes. If you really want to support me, actually I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna do a stand up comedy show and I want you to come and actually laugh. No matter how terrible my jokes are, I love it. But yeah, the best way to help, I mean, obviously if you're, if you're interested in supporting business, you know, we can help you or we can refer you to somebody, you know, if it's out of budget or it's just out of, you know, different, different industry than we're accustomed to working with. But if you want to help myself and Kate and what our future like vision into the future is, just tell me and share with me what it is that you're looking for support with the most when it comes to politics in general. Just in general, because one, I probably know someone who can support you in that. And two is if it's like more like just personal based and it's not necessarily something that someone can help with, but it's just change that you'd like to see happen that gives me an insight into how I can best serve when we're looking to make changes. Because like politics is. I love politics. I don't necessarily love politicking, which is what everybody sees on tv, but when it comes to politics, the reason I love politics is because it gives us an opportunity as a people, as a community, as a society, as leaders, to change how things are done. Now there are a bunch of people in politics right now who are trying to prevent that change because they got the change they wanted created. And now it's our turn.
Now they're the incumbency, right?
So to get the. Yeah, so now it's our turn to get that shit out of the way because I have a new nickname for incumbents. What's that? Cucumbers.
Cucumbers. Cut the cucumbers. Make more marbles. Innovate income, influence. I love it. Okay, guys, before this gets off the rails and I have Alex in 10 minutes, I really appreciate you, Hawk. Thank you, Kate. I really appreciate the peanut gallery on this one. It was actually really fun. I can't wait to see you guys soon. Guys, if you've watched this podcast, like Hawk really blew it out with the value. So go back, check out those different funnels, the different seven funnels that every business should have. It's really a stair step model towards ultimate greatness. Think of it as concentric circles of influence that get closer and closer to you and, you know, support them any way you can. You know, get involved in your local community, reach out and ask, literally ask for what the things that you need are that you want support with or that you'd like to see change in the world. And I'm sure Hawk or myself or anybody else in the community would be able to help. And we'd love to support you with more connections, more resources, more opportunities, more people, and more systems to make more marbles.
