It. All right, so it's my third day in Vigo. I woke up a little bit of a sore throat today. So what I'm going to do now is I'm going to gargle with salt water. I'm going to hit the pool. I'm going to make sure that I have all the vitamin C and vitamins I need. I'm going to fast throughout the morning. I'm going to try to knock this out. And then when I get back, I'm going to get some antibiotics if I have to, if it persists. But at first, I'm just going to try to knock it out. I think it's because I'm eating too much bread and crap. I just got to stop. All right. What you reading there, bud? I'm reading the one things. Ah, Gary Keller. Right on. He's awesome. Yes. People in America really take personal development seriously and start to catch on to the rest of the world. I'm really excited to see how many freaking books are available. You're saying in Miami they had more books on personal development than your personal library? I think it was more. We had more book in Miami than all Galicia. Sam. Check out this boat, you guys. That's got to be 100 footer. What's the name of the boat? Can't see it now. Hang on. He's zooming in. Virginia. Virginia 7. Virginia 7. Can you read that? He's got good eyes. So went swimming, had a little bit of. I think I'm getting too much sun. So I decided to make a little lean to out of my towel. So I got a rock, I got a towel, I got a hat. My little sun, for the most part. Sa. Okay, so today was a good day. We went to the beach. We got to see a lot of cool stuff. Beaches here. I don't feel weird about taking photographs and videos of women. They're just topless. I just want them to enjoy themselves and not have to worry about that kind of shit or bake a weird. So I don't know if they care or not. To be perfectly honest, they don't seem to care about being topless, so. Whatever. But I didn't take a lot of video at the beach for that reason. There was a pretty cool yacht there. I was thinking about swimming out to it. I did not. I think it might be a good GoPro. Could be a pretty cool thing. So I could do like aquatic type stuff. I don't know. I'm kind of liking this video stuff. It's a lot of fun. Something to keep my mind occupied instead of monkey minding all over the place. Give it something to do. Right? The editing is a bitch. It takes a lot of work, but ultimately it's a lot of fun and I'm learning a lot. So I've been watching a lot of videos about how to do that. And you know, what? If you're not learning and growing? Well, you know how it goes. Oh, I know. But you keep eating the stitches. Okay, okay, stop eating the stitches. And we don't have to have that on you. I know. So it takes 60 something days to form a habit. The research says anywhere from 28 days all the way up to 66 days. So the idea here is to get used to shooting and recording a movie each and every day. Right. Which involves editing, which takes time and I'll get better at as I go along. I'm not trying to, you know, compare my chapter one or chapter three. Maybe I have a little bit of editing experience to, like Casey Neistat's Chapter 50. Like, he's been doing it for 20 years or whatever, right? He's awesome at it, and he makes everything that I put out look like dog shit. However, consistency is key, because if you're prolific and consistent, your talent will have no choice but to catch up with you. So my challenge to myself is to do this for 30 days, which is totally doable. And then 60 days, hopefully will. Will form the habit, and then I can decide whether I want to keep doing it or not. But it should be a lot of fun and traveling around in great places, so why not share that with people at home, right? Love you guys. Talk soon. I think we're making soup here. It's kind of like a frozen something. Cool. They've been feeding me super well here, and I have no issues whatsoever with that. I just. I'm not used to eating this much cheese and bread and meat, so my body's just kind of rebelling, and I got, like, a sore throat, and I'm really inflamed, so I might just have to take it easy. All I've eaten today was fruit and veg, so I'm gonna try to keep the inflammation down. I don't want to, like, you know, make anybody feel bad, but, you know, if I'm not healthy, then I can't do a whole lot of good for anybody, including myself. So ultimately, I think I'm gonna stop eating a lot of the bread, meat, and cheese for a while and let my system catch up. And this is in no way to say that all that stuff is not delicious because it's is. It just doesn't really agree with me. Hey, little pup. Hey, little pup. Yeah, I know, I know. Asking you shall receive. They're making me fresh veggies. Really sweet. Thank you, guys. Appreciate it. Sa.
Decide what's great so you don't throw out what's already great and what needs to be improved. And then we wire that into our bodies so that if you can imagine. Most people want things that are in conflict. They want to make a billion dollars and sleep till noon. They want to make everybody happy. And they want to tell the truth. Those things don't always go together really well.
They've got a fiesta with fireworks going on tonight. We're gonna go check it out. Should be pretty cool. And, yeah, got my party shoes on, so. Let's do it. This poor little girl. Everything is terrible. At her age, basically, her. Her entire life is ice cream and puppy dogs. But she always finds something to complain about. Voila. Sam, You want the hat?
