All right, so we've got some cool stuff today. Potatoes and onions with cinnamon, paprika, salt, pepper, and a little bit of garlic. Olive oil. This is pink Himalayan salt. It's really, really good. Got some bok choy. This is going to cook down over the next 10, 20 minutes. I'll start snacking on the other stuff, and it'll be done pretty soon, and then I'll have extra. A lot of people ask me why I stand when I'm eating, and I don't always, but when I'm by myself, I typically. It's this habit I developed when I was bartending, putting myself through college. I never wanted to sit down because I'd get really tired. 12 hour shifts would kick my ass. So if I had to stay up until 4 or 5 in the morning, the key was just never sit down. Even when I was eating. As soon as I sat down and had a meal, oof, it was over and I kind of got used to it. It's actually pretty good for the digestion, too. I like soy sauce, sriracha, garlic. All those things are great with the bok choy, but not like, transparent. You don't want it transparent. And a way to test it. It's just like pasta. You pick out a piece, wait for it to cool, and you, you know, crunchy or not crunchy, it is how close it is to being done. Extra pro tip. If you ever eat something that's too hot, you can always breathe in without inhaling it, obviously, and choking on it. But breathe in, bring the cool air into it. That'll actually cool it down faster than spitting it out. Now I'm gonna make some zucchini. Well, looks like the house is out of power. I guess I might have to start cooking this later. Okay, power's. Let's get back to cooking. Zucchini is great because it's a mild, mild, mild vegetable. So you can add a lot of different spices and herbs to it and really make it really versatile. And ultimately, the sauce that you make is going to be beautiful. So I'm going to add a little bit of butter to this. I've already got coconut oil in there, and I'm going to finish it off at the end with a little bit of olive oil. It's going to be really, really nice. It is a beautiful day for a run. Today I'm here in sunny Southwest Flor in Naples. Despite this being a very, very hot, humid place, I'm having a blast. Just getting back in touch with myself and doing a couple of deep guided challenges with the help of some coaches and really just getting clear on my intentions going forward for the rest of the year. I do this about, I'd say every three to six months. I really shut off from the world and I take stock of what my life looks, what I want it to look like, what I'd ideally like it to look like, who I'm becoming, who I'm serving. Make the space in your mind to really just reward yourself and congratulate yourself. And that's not the same as feeding your ego. It's essentially anchoring that you are on a journey. Learning how to be with yourself is the most important thing that you can ever accomplish or achieve in this life. That's the basis from which all other relationships stem. If you walk into a room with your head held high and you know that you're congruent and you know that everything in your life is as it should be, everybody else around you can feel that they want to be drawn to that, they want to be next to that. Alleviating all the noise for a minute. You can really create that space to make it anything you want it to be. This is Brad Hart. I'm out here on a run. It's a beautiful day in sunny South Florida.
