How Can I Streamline My Mastermind Group So It Doesn’t Take Up Too Much Time?

Foreign. Here's another question that I get all the time. It's how can I streamline my mastermind group so it doesn't take up too much time, Right? Maybe you're a coach or consultant and you're just tired of the one on one. You got to market your. Your services, you got to sell your services, you got to deliver on your services. And all of a sudden you're, you're doing all that now, you're back to square one, and you're on this income roller coaster. It's ups and downs, and you want to get off that income roller coaster. Well, the number one thing you have to learn is how to leverage your time with systems. And it's about the right systems, not just any system, because the wrong system will create more complexity instead of more efficiency. It's all about simplifying to the systems that you really need in order to streamline your business. And I once heard that you have a choice in life between a framework and hard work. And the framework or system that you choose is the difference between success and failure. And you can go try to figure out systems on your own, and that's perfectly valid. And I've done that a lot in my career. But I found the best thing to do is to find somebody who's already figured out the systems, remove the complexity. Because it doesn't take a genius to make things more complex, it takes a genius to make things more simple, and then ultimately gives you that system in order to move your needle forward faster in your business. So if I can cut a check to learn a system that somebody's taken years to perfect and then just utilize that system in my business, I've gained all that time back, and I've paid a very small price. You know, if you're supposed to make a million dollars a year and you're only paying. If you're only getting paid $100,000 a year, that means you're writing a check to the University of Not Knowing, that's our old alma mater, UNK, for $900,000 a year, when you could take a small fraction of that money, maybe a few thousand dollars, give it to the right person, get the right system, and then increase your income, which will allow you to not have to write such a big check to that UNK every single year. So marketing systems, lead generation systems, sales systems, delivery systems, feedback and accountability systems. If there's a thing that needs to happen within your business, there's a system for it, and there's an expert, there's a mentor, there's a person, a coach, a consultant that you can hire in order to teach you that system and implement that system so that you can get that result faster than they even could. So by standing on the shoulders of giants, you can move towards a streamlined, highly efficient income stream that is very profitable without a lot of inventory and expertise. And that's a Mastermind group. So if time is valuable to you, which it should be, because if you value life, you should value time, because time is what life is made up of, then you should consider heavily investing and finding the right systems for the outcomes and the results that you're looking for. And then work the system. Don't just take it and then put it on a shelf somewhere and never use it. You have to work the system to get the work and the results. So be willing to figure them out from scratch and use more time and energy and attention and ultimately money, because you're going to waste money and also lose out on opportunities to make money because opportunity cost is a real thing. Or just invest in those who have already figured them out so that they can teach you. So you're invested, they're invested and they'll give you what you need to get to the next level.
