Foreign. So how do I make money with my mastermind group? So I've seen mastermind groups that make no money or struggle to do so, and I've seen some of them make three million, four and a half million, all the way up to 10 million a year. And the difference between success and failure with monetizing a mastermind is first having the right offer for the right person, but then, but then deciding on the marketing and sales systems and strategy that'll help you get there. And there's a lot of different ways to skin that cat, but you have to nail the model before you can scale the model. So it's really five steps in total to zoom out to the 30,000 foot view here. So you're gonna step one, dream it, we're gonna step two, research it. We're gonna get really clear on what people's logical and emotional drivers are. So we take our best idea, we take it to the market, we actually ask for more feedback and then we refine it further into our hypothesis. Then we test our hypothesis by actually selling it. And we don't wanna build anything, especially a mastermind with all the, well, there's not a lot of moving parts compared to like courses and other things. But you know, we don't want to build anything until we actually sold it because then we can verify the demand. We have cash to go out and create a great experience and we're sure that people will buy it. And then we're going to go to step four, which is nail it. We're going to run it through as a beta or pilot or founding membership for the first run, get the feedback, get the case studies, get the testimonials, learn what was working, what isn't working. And then we can go to step five, which is scale it. But people go straight to the scale it. They try to build an audience, they try to build a funnel, they try to do all these ads, and guess what? None of that matters until you have something people want, need and desire and you verify that they want it bad enough to actually pull their wallet out and pay for it.
