Short video/transcript of a brainstorming session (Brad Hart with Rich Chevron and Matt Rizvi) about designing a paid mastermind. They repurpose Rich’s 'Steal Our Winners' email-marketing ideas, rank tactics by implementation difficulty (1–5) and by long-term vs quick-win, and map opportunities on a sticky-note matrix to identify low-hanging fruit that can quickly generate revenue (Brad cites getting a $10k client from a dormant list). The mastermind is positioned as a way to fund larger, longer-term initiatives.

So I'm here with Rich Chevron. What's up, Rich? And Matt Rizvi. And we're coming up with ideas for a mastermind. And we just stumbled on something pretty cool here. So we took the best ideas that Rich has done for Steal Our Winners, which is his platform. If you go to strategicprofits.com it's awesome. Basically Netflix for entrepreneurs. We took the best ideas for email marketing and we ranked them by how difficult they are to implement on a scale of 1 to 5. And then the whether it's a strategy like a long term thing or a quick hit like a tactic. And based on that, we made a matrix with some sticky notes here that shows us. All right, great. What are the lowest hanging fruit opportunities? If we just did these five things that would create the money to then hire people for the harder stuff. Right. And you kind of go out when it gets a little bit further. Like these are the kind of things that might add, you know, eight figures your business over time, but they're going to take a lot of work to get there. Versus these are kind of things that could very quickly add 100k or more to your business. You know, I just did one of these strategies recently and I got a 10k client from a dead list that I hadn't opened in months. So I just want to share this with you because I think it's really cool. And also this is one of the building blocks for this mastermind we're building. So stay tuned for more on that. Really excited to share it with you. Thanks for sharing. Thanks for watching and I'll talk to you soon.
