You are worthless without a team. Your net worth will suffer if you don't have people around you to advise you, both paid and unpaid. The advice that comes from people who have done it before and who aren't being paid to give it is typically the best, followed by those who are paid and have done it. Disregard anyone who hasn't done it or at worst is getting paid to tell you about something they haven't done. The broker is broker than you for a reason. They can advise you, but you must ultimately make the decision. Money will follow good management. Surround yourself with the best team you can build. Surround yourself with people who have been there and done that and have the results in their life that you want in yours. If you're a beginning entrepreneur, find some mentorship and slowly build your dream team. Hire coaches and mentors that have been there and done that. Always surround yourself with a way more advanced team, which means you'll also need to include sophisticated accountants, lawyers and mentors. Got it? Good. Now hit that follow and gain me as a mentor on this platform.
