Short motivational YouTube monologue by Brad Hart urging immediate action on innovation. The speaker warns that late adopters will face greater difficulty, encourages people to try using and improve their skills now to gain traction, and predicts some early actors may become very wealthy.

I feel like late adopters are going to get screwed because by the time they get around to it, it's going to be too hard, too long. And, you know, it's difficult to innovate in business. It's difficult to come up with something new. But you have to try, right? You have to get after it in your own way and do your best to serve with the skills that you have and continue to improve your skills. You know, I believe that anybody who just tries right now can get some traction and build it into something, and then some of the folks that do it are going to become very, very wealthy.
