Here's another lesson I had to learn the hard way. You have to focus on product first. We all sell a product or service if we're in business. If we have a job, we're selling something. So we have to focus on making that product or service the very best it can be because it makes every other job, marketing, sales ops, all of it, that much easier. If you're spending a lot of time and energy and money to struggle to sell a product that people don't want that isn't the right fit, it, it would be better spent on reviving that product, remaking it, getting the market research so that you can make your product or service that much better. If you have a great product and you don't have a way to express it, that's a clearly communicated offer that people are excited about, then you're also going to have a hard time. Now, again, the right offer for the right person. You can make me the best offer in the world for something I do not want and it doesn't matter. But when you have the right person that you have the right product for and the right offer, they're going to jump all over it. And that's how you build a business. Stay tuned for more. Thank you for following. I'll see you on the next video.
