So there's a thunderstorm going on here in Naples, and it's like we're right in the eye of the storm right now. So this is kind of my daily video journal. But more than that, I want to share the wisdom and insights that come up during the day. If you want to stay healthy, you got to kind of plan ahead. I'm ready for the week. I've got all my batch meals done. First thing you can do to sit up your day for an amazing state every single day, emotionally, is to do something physical every single day. You know, the perks of having a lifestyle is not tied to time or location, but in reality, you know, it's the same amount of work. You just got to find time to do it. You got to be good at batching and delegating and trying to find a nice, quiet place to do some more. Welcome to Chicago. What's up, everybody? A lot of dishes. We're gonna order a lot of dishes and share them all. Get it? I don't even know why, but I just assume that things are working out for us because life is good like that. And if I keep vibrating that gratitude and appreciation, it'll be so I'm going to keep doing that. So, yeah.
