Marvel's podcast. What's up, everybody? If you're here on the live, hashtag live. If you're here on the replay, hashtag replay. Always a pleasure to see you. We have some updates. Boy, do we ever have some updates. So things are cruising. I am literally busier right now, Chris, than I've been in years. It's nuts, but it's all great stuff, and I'm not mad about it at all. 2022 is a year of let's get a bunch of opportunities on my plate. 2023 is a year of no focusing on the opportunities that make sense and moving forward with those. So I've let a lot of good opportunities folk fall apart just so I can let great opportunities go forward. So, yeah, man.
You know, Brad, before we go further on, I just want to say I needed to hear that because I need to let some chefs go.
Yeah.
And some things are finishing up, and I'm not taking on new things. And I remember you saying this towards the end of last year. You're like, I need to stop taking some things on and just focus on some. And so. Yeah, yeah.
Yes. It's mostly the year of now. And guess what? Life's going to test you when you say that. It's going to test your boundaries. It's going to be like, well, what about this? You could add this on, can't you? You could put that little thing somebody's asked you for everything, explode. But it might just add this one.
Little thing onto that. I'm like, no, I've already got, like, four or five, and I'm capacity.
And it means it might mean saying no to friends. It might mean, you know, passing up a good deal. But if you got your capacity and you got everything on your plate that you can handle, it's time to execute, baby. Let's go. So let's talk about it. Mastermind of Millions, March 23rd to 26th. Prices go up tomorrow. If you're watching this, if you're hearing my voice, get on that. You got tickets, 40 off right now. They go up tomorrow at midnight. No ifs, ands, or buts. Don't email me afterwards. I'm sorry. That's what it is. So buy a ticket. Come to Mastermind of Millions. Chris will be there. You can learn how he went from zero to hero, how I went from zero to hero, how Jay went from. He's always been a hero, so you can learn about that. He's on the marketers cruise, given the same spiel today. Tickets go up. Let's go. Let's get you in the room. Let's get them tickets, gang. Let's go.
I'm excited, man. I'm so excited to get to a live event that you're running. It's going to be yeah, and me and meet Jay in person. I've only met him a couple of times here on the lives and that. And I'm like, man, if you learned your stuff from him and I learned my stuff from you, sorry, Brad, but how can I learn more from him and bypass you?
That's right. I don't disagree with that sentiment. And we're all different. We all have different little things.
We all learn different things.
You know, Jay's a one to many guy. He likes to sell from stage. He likes to sell in big groups and dinner parties. He's done very well at that. I'm a more one to one guy. I build masterminds person to person and I've been very successful at that. That's the model I taught you. There's different ways to skin this cat. And here's the cool thing, is that Jay's already got all this figured out. He's been doing events for years and years. He's got the teams, he's got the people, he's got the structure. My job is just not to change too many things and try to screw it up. Like, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. If it is broke, identify and fix it. But good lord, like, I don't need to reinvent the wheel. I don't need to take all that risk. I don't need to figure all this out from scratch. We already got the brand, we've already got the events. They already work. You've already got a curriculum. I can add my little bits and pieces. But, you know, ultimately, like, you guys are here to learn from me. You're here to learn from jay. We've got 40 plus ways to fill your mastermind that we're going to teach you. Fill positions, pricing, marketing, sales, leadership, incredible facilitator development exercises. Like, you're going to get so much out of this event, it's going to blow your mind. And this is the event that launched my career. So I'm very excited to be partnered on it. And it just goes to show, like, if you stay at it, you can really, you can rise up. You know, in 2016, I was not influential, didn't have the skills or the, you know, any of that. And now here I am partnering on it. So pretty fun. That's Exciting. I got another mega deal brewing on the crypto front, which I'm just going to. I'm going to leave that there for you to. To think about because it's going to be coming live here pretty soon. We're doing principal marketing in February. We're going to do our first test launch in March and then May, and ongoing is going to be. Let's go. So we're like, right at the finish line, worked it all out, got the team assembled. Big, big money, millions and millions of dollars going into this launch. Very, very excited about it. And we're going to be bringing crypto education to the masses.
It's going to be.
It's going to be big, it's going to be impactful. I'm going to be the face of it. Very exciting stuff. So, again, without getting ahead of myself, very, very grateful for all the people that worked very hard behind the scenes to make this happen. And if crypto is your jam, stay tuned. We'll be telling you more about that. So that's one big thing. The other big thing is Mastermind Millions. Third big thing is our crypto startup BlockDash, which is really, really close. We're buttoning up the edges and we're about to start to bring on beta testers, which is we've been building this thing in secret for a year. I'm very stoked to bring it to the world and to be real, like, it probably took us longer than it needed to, but we did it right. And it probably, you know, it's not the only one of its kind out there. It's, I believe it's the best one, but, you know, there's other people doing things like this and we have things up our sleeve that I think are going to make it really interesting. And regardless, like, the best product doesn't always win. We have the best marketing. Simple.
You do have the marketing down really well, bro.
Yeah. And. And the, the audiences and the beautiful people that can help promote us. Like, we've got so many people we can get this out to. So really just, it's not about capturing the whole market or being first. It's about being the best you possibly can be and being the best marketer you possibly can be. Because those two things together, it's a one, two punch you crush. Right. And we, like I said, we still have some tricks up our sleeve. So that's like really the big three things that I'm going to focus on. In 23, I got invited to be on the board of a really wonderful company that is being resurrected from the grave. I can't talk about it due to confidentiality, but this company's done $900 million in revenue, and they're bringing it back. It's an absurd opportunity, and they just want me to be an advisor and do my thing and show up. And I got to clarify what that means a little bit more. I kind of want to do it, but it's a 2023 thing, which means I'm really supposed to say no.
900 million, though, bro.
You know, and that again, I'd be a very small percentage. I'd be an equity partner. It'd be best over two years. Like, all that great stuff. And I want to tell more details, but I can't because. Yeah, I just don't do that. Right.
No.
You know, let's just say what.
What. What part do you. What part do you play in it? And do you have the capacity, hypothetically.
If I was to break my rule, if I was to say yes for all the right reasons, would that be the straw that broke the camel's back? Can I put another project on the plate that I can comfortably say or uncomfortably say that I think I can get there if I work all my time and make it happen, you know, And I got to say no. I got to say my gut says no. I'm going to see it through to the end. I'm going to be respectful. I'm going to ask the questions and make sure I understand what the actual opportunity is. And I'm probably going to end up saying no. And that's not a bad thing overall, because I need to be able to focus on the things that move the needle forward most, and maybe ultimately I can step out of that opportunity and put somebody else in it that's actually going to be able to give what.
They need, you know, so there's also the other. You know, and this is a good. A good thing that you brought up. And, you know, you know, I do a lot of this kind of work on. In. In my. In everything that I do is. It's really just figuring out that. I hate the word balance, but that. That. Which one. The priorities. Which one? Like, is there a different. If there is there a different project that maybe by the time this one is a. You need to say yes or no, that isn't what you want to be doing, and then you kind of make that decision. But you'll know once you get to that point. And like you said, you.
Am I good with what I got?
Do I need or Are you good.
With what you need to push it just a little bit? No. I've already wrapped up multiple engagements. I've wrapped up multiple things that were kind of just okay to make room for things that are great, that are truly great and truly exciting.
I feel like you got to make that decision.
I got three that are. I'm happy. Like, I got three buckets that I'm happy with. I got the mastermind bucket, I got the crypto bucket, I got the development of blockchain apps bucket, right? That's like, money now, money soon, money later, all covered, got plenty on my plate, super happy, everybody's happy. I'm showing up in the best way I possibly can. I'm making shit happen behind the scenes. And again, I know we're making this a little bit about me, but I think this is all indicative of a bigger thing. Is like, the higher you climb the new levels, the new devils, the more you have to be consistent and checking in with yourself. Of like, okay, am I stretching myself and growing? Check, check, check. Yeah, a hundred percent I'm stretching myself and growing. But am I doing too much? That's the other side of it. Am I overshooting? Am I going to end up dropping the ball somewhere? And I'd like to say no, but the reality is only, only us, only, you know, we can only know our own capacity, and we can only push and test the limits of that capacity. So I read about guys like David Goggins. I read about, you know, people have done incredible things. The Elon Musk of the world. I'm like, well, there's more capacity there. But I don't want to jump the gun thinking I have the capacity to be Elon Musk or David Goggin when I actually don't. And I don't want to over promise and under deliver. I want to under promise and over deliver. So that's really the balance that you're trying to strike. And then on the other side is like, what am I trying to optimize and solve for? Well, if we have a wealth commit equation figured out in your head, you know where you want to be at with your money, you know what you want to be out with your assets, you know what to be. You know, you have kind of a timeline in place. If you don't have those clear, here's the problem. The answer is always more. If you don't know what your target is, the answer is always more. So just by reverse engineering based on my opportunities to where I am and where I want to be. I can clearly see these opportunities will get me to my goal, so I don't need to bring on more opportunities. It's as simple as that. If I just execute on these opportunities, they will 100% help me meet my goal and probably exceed it.
Clarity, man. It's all about that clarity. You know, where you want to get to and.
And let the things that get you there. Let that little last nagging thing. That was gonna add it onto the plate, but I'm probably not. And I. I love you guys, but it's. And thank you. I'm grateful. It's just. It's too many things. Too many things.
And there you go, Brad. You made the decision already.
The only way I would consider doing it, I'm just going to be clear. Right. Just so I have a boundary, is if you just need me like, once a month to give my thoughts on an hour, and, like, I could do that. And I have zero other. Like, no emergency calls, no needing to show up, no need to fly anywhere. Just you get one hour a month. So pick my brain. And that's what you're giving me equity for. I can make that work. Otherwise, no way.
No way. There we go.
Not close.
Yeah, there we go.
That's what I got.
There we go, Brad.
And that's really. That's all I got. Okay, so the decision's made. Thank you for letting me speak it out loud.
Decisions made. There you go. There you go, Brad.
Thank you for letting me speak it out loud. Okay, so what. How does this relate to you? Well, hopefully got something out of me being a crazy person and talking my problems out loud. My challenges, my opportunities, my grateful, amazing things that are in my life. But what does this read into you? Well, if you want to learn how to build a mastermind, we got that in spades. We got 50 years of experience. We got Chris there. We got Jay there. We got myself there. We got all our people. We got incredible speakers lined up. Mr. Jake Larson, we've got Suzanne Evans is speaking. So the speaker list is going to be stacked.
So what you're telling me. What you're telling me is bring a big notebook, bring a lot of pens, because they'll probably run out and turn my. Turn my ears on. And this goes for not just me, but for everybody there. Yeah.
And come in and just be. Just expect this. Expect this event to change your life and blow your mind. If you play full out, period, you don't play full out. You don't show up. I can't help you if you show up, you play full out, you're gonna get so much more out of this event than you can even believe. So that's exciting. So come get the tickets if you're gonna come hell or high water, buy a ticket now. Go to mastermindmillions live. Mastermind millions.
The links in the and the links in the chat.
Grab your ticket, bring your friends, bring your homies, go VIP so we can hang out more. There's a VIP reception the day before if you wanna bring all your homies. You could buy a whole table. You can resell the tickets. You know, it's a net net thing. It's like, you know, why spend more money? I'll give you a little tip. This is one of the things I'm going to teach is the Remora strategy. That what? Like my clients, Tim, for example, Tim my, he used to get 200 people loving him at an event. He did a pre event, little Mastermind made it happen, bought tickets, got everybody in the room and crushed it. And there's more to the strategy than that. But this is one of the things I used to do. I would buy blocks of tickets to events. I'd bring all my best people. I would make it a little fun party. Everybody would look to me as the leader of their tribe and that's how I built my influence. Before I had any influence, I used to go to Tony Robbins, I'd buy 40, 50 tickets. We'd have a little Mastermind beforehand. We hang out, we'd all spend time together, we'd eat meals together. We build this little tribe. And that's eventually how I lost, launched my masterminds. So you could do something similar at our event. You could bring 8, 16, 24 people. We sell them in groups of eight per table. And you know, you put up a little money, sure, but you're going to get awesome people to come with you. You could sell the tickets for whatever you want on the front end, recoup your costs. You're going to get a booth. If you have an offer, you're going to, we're going to send you Mastermind leads. If you have a mastermind, we're going to put you on, you know, give you a shout out from stage. We're going to be on the sponsor list. You're going to get to come as the purchaser of the table. Not all your people, unfortunately, we don't have room, but we're going to do a really cool Monday funday experience. After the event, we're going to go race fun cars like Last time I did it seven years ago, we did like an Audi R8 and a Lamborghini, Ferrari and Aston Martin, Shelby Cobra, like all these really cool cars that you could drive around a track and, and that was fun. And we'll do like a little Mastermind, little dinner. It'll be great. So have the Monday Funday with us. Buy a ticket, buy a table, whatever you, whatever level you want to play at. If you want to be a JV partner, if you have a list, we have all that sorted out now you can head on over to. It's actually JV Dot, mastermindmillions Live. JV Dot mastermindmillions Live. And then the tickets are mastermindmillions Live. If you want to learn more about the event, if you're not sure if you wanna hear the story, if you wanna get some training, you wanna get up to speed, you go to mastermindmillions Live start and that'll get you into the flow. You can also get there just by going to the main page and you know if you go to click off, it'll send you a little pop up. So those are all the ways to play. That's Mastermind of Millions. Very exciting stuff coming down the pipe. This is going to be a big year. 2023 is like the culmination of a lot of effort over a lot of time, pushing a lot of boulders up a lot of hills. And now these are the ones that are going to start to take off. Yeah, very excited. So Chris, tell us about your Mastermind, your motorcycle Mastermind in May, which I'm very excited about and I'm attending as well. Where are we at? How many spots you got left? What's up?
So we've got, we've got five spots left. We currently have, yep, five people. So we have 10 people max. We've got. It is all about recharging, growing and riding. So we ride motorcycles. We're going to start just north of Phoenix in Sedona. Everything's covered, full VIP motorcycle rental, everything. You just have to turn up to Sedona. We're going to network, we're going to talk how to bring energy, how to not burn out. And we are going to see some beautiful country through that whole Four Corners area. And Brad, a little update. I've changed the route. You wanted to go to Four Corners. So we're going.
Oh, we're going get out of here. Oh, that's so fun.
So we're going to go, we're going to stand. Look at this. We're going to Stand on the four corners. This is great.
You use my market research formula. You took my, my suggestions, you incorporate them into the plan and now we're going to have a better experience. Isn't that great? I love that.
We are. You know, I tweaked the route. I tweaked the route because I was like, brad wants to go. A couple other people asked about it. I was like, okay, cool. Market research people are wanting to go there. Plus also I looked at the route and I was like, man, I ride every single day. Like I just wrote in like four hours of torrential rain on Friday before we had all this flooding here in Auckland. And I'm like, I can do this all day long, but not everybody can. So I was like, okay, I need to tweak. I need to tweak the route. I need to tweak the route.
So again, a little less savage than what you were.
A little bit less savage. It's still, it's, it's still going to.
Be, you know, I'm down the clown, especially you give me a cruiser bike. Like I'm ready for my.
No, you're going to be cruising all day.
You're going to be all right. I haven't ridden, just to be fair, I haven't written as much as, as I have in recent years. But I'm really glad you're coming out. I'm really glad you're going to mess around my little crotch rocket and get it all fixed up. And I'm really excited to ride like a real road bike on this adventure.
Yeah. And it's going to be good. We're going to network. There's some cool people coming along. You got Brad there, you've got a few other entrepreneurs, you've got a border patrol officer. So he's going to tell us all about what America's borders are like at the moment. We have got ex military coming along from New Zealand. He's flying over from New Zealand. We've got myself obviously hosting it and your uncle. And my uncle, he's about a 95% now. So my uncle Kyle Chandler who is from Bloodline, Friday Night Lights. Godzilla, King Kong. Yeah. Act well known actor. He loves riding. He's gonna bring his ktm. He's gonna come over from Texas.
Love it.
And yeah, it's just, it's gonna be a, it's gonna be a great week. It's six nights, seven days.
It sounds like a cool group of guys. I mean, what's the story? Give me the scoop. How do people do It. What level of, you know, ridership do they need to have?
What.
What is. What do they need to know?
So you need to be kind of intermediate or.
Or above.
As Brad said, he hasn't been riding that much, but he has done riding. He has done some tours. You just need to really have a couple.
We did 2500 miles across New Zealand. I can handle this.
Yeah, we didn't. We did nine. We did nine days. 2500 miles. Yep. It's. It was. It was. It was pretty intense, that one. But, yeah, so you gotta be intermediate, intermediate rider. So you need to have at least done like at least one tour of at least a couple nights, be comfortable on a bike. Because last thing we want to do is have anybody, you know, keep the, you know, we want the rubber down. People can find out more information about it by going to create from Y.com forward slash L, I, I T USA. I'll put in the chat box. I'll put it.
No, let me ask. Did you look up like, Motorcycle Mastermind or different URLs?
Oh, I need to. I need to. Because if this is going to get real, we need to. We need to make it.
We need to make it real. Hold on, let me look this out.
Hold on.
We're going to look.
You're going to grab it before I can get it, aren't you?
Yeah, that's right. You know why? Because we're live and I don't want anybody else to grab it on you.
This is true. This is true. So, yeah, so we are going to do that. We're going to see some cool stuff. We're going to. It's all twinshare, so we're all. You're going to have time to connect with other people. There's going to be networking time evenings. We've got Chase Vehicle. We've got. Literally, we've thought of everything. My wife, who's an event manager, has helped me organize it and she's been doing events for 25, 20, 15 years.
Hold on a sec. I cannot believe this fucking thing is available. Like, nobody thought to do a Motorcycle Mastermind before. This is really the first one. Either this is the worst idea or the best idea you've ever had. Just saying.
It's one of the two, isn't it? So, yeah, so suck it. Okay, cool. Perfect. There we go. So it sounds like we're going to be changing stuff, so let me get.
JJ on it and we'll have you. We'll have it forwarded to your site and that'll Be the easiest thing.
Sweet. Thank you. Yeah, so, yeah, so, um, yeah, we're just going to network. My wife's organizing all the event side of stuff. She's actually going to be there with us, Brad. Just FYI. She's going to be in the chase vehicle with us and yeah, we're just going to have fun. It's all about having fun. It's actually designed and developed off the back of my motorcycle trip when I was burned out and empty and I just networked my way across the us, Met some amazing people, recharged hugely and saw the countryside, the southwest and those red cliffs. Man, I cannot wait to get back to them because they are so soothing. Yeah, so that's, that's the ride. It's. Honestly, it's been something that's been in the pipeline from something I've wanted to do for a very long time, and now it's, it's the time to do it and it's the time to be there, guys. It's just the time to be there. If you love riding, you're you. This is going to take your riding and your personal experiences through the roof. You're just gonna, it's gonna level you up and you're gonna, you're gonna learn the importance of why riding makes you feel so good. And you're gonna learn how to take it when you're not on the bike and use it.
Love it.
Yeah, it's great.
Okay.
Yeah.
Make a shit happen in real time. See, that's the other thing. I, I don't leave anything forever. You know, it either gets done right now or put in my calendar to get done. You know, this, this is like today type stuff. It'll get done today or it's in my calendar for get done when it needs to get done. But like, I don't, I don't let anything linger. If you say something you're gonna do, you do it right now. Yeah, that's it, guys. Most of the success in life, it boils down to doing what you say you're gonna do.
Taking action.
That's it. That's it. Simple. Most people talk, they bullshit, they meander, they, they promise and under deliver and it's, it's shitty. Honestly, it's a shitty experience for everyone. Just be the person who does what they say they're gonna do and you're gonna have a lot more success.
Very true.
Okay, so what else? Masterminds? Crypto blockdash.
I've got one more thing that I'm doing, which is the whole Reason I'm coming back to the States before the motorcycle trip here in just over a month. I am coming back because I am working with police departments on bettering the police wellness. And if you guys have seen what's going on in Memphis the last week and now the whole country with the cops using and abusing their powers, my program counters that. And so I am looking if anybody's got connections. I would love connections into police departments because I am flying around the US Getting departments to fly me to where they are so I can run wellness training so that cops really know who they are. And we stop this thing that's going on worldwide and we keep cops safe and keep that mental health going so that you, so that you're protected as a civilian. So that's what I'm doing. So if anybody has connections to law enforcement departments, I'd love for that connection to be made to me. So just hit me up. Chris Chanley, Yates.
Love it, love it. Good stuff.
Easy.
Hey, what else, gang? I want to give a shout out to Lee Richter. She's been a hero, a champion, a wonderful person in my life. I'm so grateful for Lee. We got to go hang out with John Walker and Jeff Walker's event. John, Jeff Walker's event last night for their high end mastermind. Met some amazing people like Ocean Robbins, got to hang out, Rachel Miller and just some incredible folks. So really grateful for that experience. We're going to Genius Network Thursday, Friday, I'll see you there if you're going to be there. And then Flight Club over the weekend. If you're an Internet marketer of some repute, then that's a great mastermind to be a part of. And then we go into the studio and we start filming. So like in this next 12 days or so, I might miss you guys next week. But we're, we're cranking in the back end. There's gonna be some good stuff coming for you. And you know me, I'm going to keep adding the value as best I can and sending you to the great places. So regardless of any of it, you're going to learn a lot of cool stuff. I think we just keep it tight today. Sound good?
I think we'll keep it tight. Yeah. No, I love it. I love what you're doing. I love what you're getting after.
Brad. Same for you, man.
Can't wait to see you.
