To another edition of the Make More Marvels podcast, We got some exciting stuff to share with you, gang. This is the first public live we've done about this. Actually. We've just been promoting to our own internal lists and talking about what we're up to. But if you know Jay or you know myself, we're big on masterminds. We love Masterminds. We got 50 years of combined experience with masterminds. We've started launch dozens and dozens and dozens. We've helped people launch thousands at this point, and they've literally been the number, number one toolkit in our entrepreneurial journey throughout. So very excited to talk about masterminds today and specifically the $160,000 dinner party. Let's go. Who wants to make 160 grand at a dinner party? I do. So I'm going to hear it be learned too. So, Jay, why don't you tell us a little bit of the context and brief backstory of that, and I will get to share in the group while you do that.
Perfect. I had an opportunity to speak this weekend at a speaker training event, which is really cool. And I was telling a story, which is the $160,000 dinner party. And, you know, the fascinating part about that is that, you know, when you've done something so many times and you just understand it as it is, you kind of. Or I kind of lose the perspective on, you know, holy shit, we're talking about three hours that actually earned probably, you know, well, if you know the status. They say that two thirds of most entrepreneurial businesses actually don't even break $100,000 in a year, let alone in a three hour dinner party. So anyway, sometimes, you know, the prism and the filter and the lens gets a little bit warped. So people are like, you did what? And it was like, oh, I should probably tell this story more often. So here's what the $160,000 dinner party is in a nutshell. Years and years ago, a dear friend of mine, Colin, had been running some masterminds. He'd done a bunch of work with EO and YPO and all those sorts of things. And he calls me and he says, hey, I think that we should do a mastermind that is sort of like next level, but really has a strong personal development component. And the great part about that is that I had trained Colin as a facilitator in our personal development programs. And so he knew what we did, I knew what he did with a great degree of trust. So we have this little brainstorming Session over, a glass of wine, and I say to him at the end, let's do it. Let's 100 do it. We're going to launch this mastermind. It's going to be fantastic. High level alpha male entrepreneurs who are lone wolves. We're going to actually bring them together and serve, support them, to actually build relationships and scale their life, not just their business. And in fact, the name of the mastermind was Vita Laughing for life. Anyway, here's what we do at the end of that meeting. At the time, I owned a television production studio, I had a web design studio, all sorts of things. So I say to him, I said, you know what? Let's, let's, here's what we're gonna do. I'll go get a page started. I'll go work on maybe a little bit of a commercial that we, we could produce for television and a variety of other things. And I'm not even, I don't even have it out of my mouth yet. And he does this, he had this crazy thing whenever he likes. It was like he was wiping off a, off a chalkboard because we're not going to do that. And I'm like, okay, what the hell are we going to do? He said, well, I think what we're going to do is we're going to sit down over another bottle of wine and I have three people on the list for this already, and we are going to brainstorm the people that are the perfect fit for our mastermind. The people who we know have this need that they've started hitting their head on the ceiling of what they can actually create themselves. The people that we know have this thought or articulation or feeling, which is most of the world thinks you're doing pretty well, and most of the world frankly, kisses your ass and tells you how great you are. But your internal dialogue is, yeah, but I missed this. I missed that. That opportunity slipped past. I'm, I'm actually at the ceiling of my individual capacities. And the truth of the matter is, I don't know what the hell to do because I built all this shit on my own. That is, the internal dialogue of every single person will be at the dinner party. So we hit the profile, hit the invite list, and we go to work for about three weeks. Putting the right people in the right chairs at the right time with the right message, which was simply this. Every single person who sat down at that table sat down and looked across the other. Holy, he's here. Holy, he's here. Crap. How'd they get him. So it was a high level group that we curated and here's the next piece. We shared a vision of what would be different in their life if they actually stopped trying to do it on their own. What would be different in their life if they actually had the support of other rock star entrepreneurs who were willing to step up for them. What would be different in their life if they stopped balancing their entire business and world on their head and they actually built the relationships and had the time to go to the lake with the husband and kid, with wife and kids, instead of being in the office running the show. And we painted that picture. And in a very short three hours, a fascinating thing transpired. Every single person there said yes to a Mastermind. That was $16,000. 10 times 16 is $160,000. And we did it ostensibly in three hours. Now that's not entirely true because we spent three weeks of hyper targeting to get the right people in the right chair at the right time, in the right place, with the right. But when you do it, well, the truth of the matter is that we collected more cash in three hours than two thirds of small businesses in North America do in a year. So that's the $160,000.
I love it. Okay, so let's pick this apart so we can get some real value and make sure that people aren't just excited, but they have. What's the next steps? Right. So step number one is we did 10 training videos that are completely free and we want you to go and check those out because we can't necessarily get it all in one shot. And this is like beautiful studio quality footage. I flew to fricking Calgary to make it happen. So yeah, nearly froze to death. There's 26 below. People ask me if it's Fahrenheit or Celsius. I say, who the hell cares? It's frickin 26 below. So go over to Mastermind to millions. Dot live slash start or just the short link marbles dot link slash live. You can go over and grab that content. It's a free login and you'll immediately have access to all the videos. They're super polished. It's us in the studio giving you the full scoop on all of this as well as giving you some whiteboard training additionally. So really, really excited about that. So go check that out additionally. Jay, what do you think makes people get off the rails of this stuff? So we talk about the filter. That's the FN litmus test. Influence litmus test that everybody resists is well, how do I get those people in the room? Who do I get in the room? How do I ask them? Yada yada, yada, you know how it goes. So, so, okay, so, so first and.
Foremost I just have to lovingly ish. Make fun of some folks. Okay? So I can't tell you how many times I, I have heard some version of this. I love that story. I am totally doing that. And so, but just I, I just have like one question. It's like so people that could write a sixteen thousand dollar check in like three hours without too much. So, so like where do I find them? And I always tease them. I say it's like, oh, what you do is you hide behind the $16,000 bush and when they walk by you jump out and go, hey, give me your money. Okay, I'm just being an asshole now. But here's the honest God truth is that if you don't have them in your phone, you could not possibly be their leader. I'm going to say that again. If you don't have them in your phone, you cannot possibly be their leader. So this idea of the $160,000 dinner party, here's the part I want you just to get really clear about is that don't overshoot your reach. Get really clear about who are you a leader of, what is your unique position, who are the people that would show up? And by the way, that's a very, that's a valuable night if you had 10 people there and they each wrote you $1,000 check or gave you a credit card for a thousand dollars or five thousand or ten. Like there's a bunch of ways to do this, but the key is that you have to have a mastermind and a promise. So when I said we shared the vision, what we did was we shared the promise. We help them see their lives differently. Through fulfilling that promise, we introduce them to people that they knew. That person went to the Olympics and won a medal. That person launched one of the largest real estate agencies in Calgary. That person, they knew that they were sitting at a table of people who made shit happen. And if they could figure out a way to collaborate and build a relationship that would actually bend time for them. So anyway, that was a long answer. To say this, Brad, as quickly as I can is that it's not about where you're going to find people that will pay $16,000. It's about what is the promise, who do you have influence with and how can you build those relationships and strengthen them through events like this. But let's be clear. If you can't, if you go through your phone, it's like there's nobody there. There's my kids babysitter, there's my dog walker and my mom. If that's all that's there, then here's what you got to do. You go to my friend Brad's strategy to discover the hot buttons. We knew the hot buttons for each one of them. We knew that their internal dialogue was I'm not, I'm not where I could be. Even though it looks pretty good to most of the world. We knew that most of their relationships were in deep because they weren't showing up there. We knew that they wish they had better relationships with their kids. We knew that many of them had sacrificed and had actually bartered and traded their health for money. So in that, in that conversation, that's what we talked about. It's like, look, we know how this goes. It looks pretty good to the rest of the world. And we know and you know that you're still going about 65% of what's possible. And you're doing that because you're shitty at relationships. You don't allow support and you haven't built a team and a tribe around you and we're not going to bullshit you about it. So if you understand that and you can tell yourself the truth about that, you're right for us. If you're still full of shit about it and trying to pretend that everything's all marvelous and wonderful in the universe, then you need to go. Now. Let's be clear about this. Our hyper targeting selected the people who we knew were ready for that message anyway. If you don't have them there and you can't hypertarchy them, you do what Brad?
So yeah, this, this is one way to go. And I just want to tack onto this that I've seen people have dinner parties that have launched $10 million masterminds. And I've been a part of one and I joined that mastermind. So like it's possible to scale this up quite a bit. So that's thing one, thing two. So that's Dan Fleischman and Joel Marion did that with their 10 million mastermind, which they basically spend all that money on fun experiences. Good for them, which is wild.
It's crazy.
You have a $10 million mastermind with no profit anyway, just a small side. So there's that. And then for me it's either you already know who the people are, you already have the relationships with the People, you already know what the offer is or you build it from scratch. And the way you build it from scratch is you start with your best idea. And a lot of people don't know this about me. I'm actually a biology major. That was my original degree in focus. Went to four years of school, got my biology degree. Supposed to be Dr. Hart to cardiologist. Whole long story, didn't go down that road. But the one thing that I learned through that experience, besides how to drink a lot, is that the scientific method is the number one basis of all clear iteration and decision making. So what is the scientific method? It's I have to come up with a hypothesis. I have to test the hypothesis with a data set to get that data set and to have a real experiment that I can point to to be like, yes, this work or it didn't. And what didn't work and what do I need to change? I need to refine and iterate that hypothesis until I have what's called a working theory, which is in this case, I have to go out to people with an idea. I have to say, hey, I have this idea. Would you like to hear about it? I'd love to interview you quick on a market research call. And it'll take 15 minutes and nothing's for sale. And I just want to get my head around this. Would you be open to that? Great. If you do that 15 minute call, you ask the questions, you get clear on what their desires, their hopes, their dreams, their fears, their interpretations are, what's keeping them up at night and what do they really ultimately want? You ask the magical question. And the magical question is, you know, once you're understanding the gap in the gain and where they're at and where they're looking to go. Okay, now that I understand where you're trying to get to and since you know yourself better than anybody else, what are the tools, the resources and support that you need in order to make this vision a reality? That is the magical question because that is them telling you what they need in order to say yes to this vision.
And that by the way, my friends, is the answer on a silver platter. And Brad has mastered a system to do that in a one on one process. And we have mastered a system which we, which we call fill your mastermind with these slash wine conversations cash, which is a group version, which by the way is different than the dinner party. I want to be very clear about that. That is a different thing. The wine conversations in cash is a process to get people to in almost a social way to tell the truth about the answer to the question that Brad just said. So what do you believe you need to get from point A to point B? And if you can get people to tell the truth about that, the honest goodness, reality is you have the power, the influence and the insight to genuinely move the needle for them. And I want to be very clear about this. That might, in Brad's case, you can tie that directly to a mastermind, because if, if that conversation happened in our case with, with the larger group stuff. So I'm not actually even attached to the mastermind. I'm attached to solving the problem, which might be my mastermind. It might be Brad's mastermind, It might be come to Mastermind Millions Live. Or it might be, hey, I'm going to introduce you to my dear friend Aman, who does this weird thing with apps. I'm not connected. I'm not attached to what they should do. I'm attached to helping them solve their problems. And by the way, that is the foundation of influence upon which other masterminds will get launched.
That's right. So when you're thinking about masterminds, think about the three Cs I always talk about. It comes down to three Cs and you can add as many bells and whistles and fun trips as you want, but it comes down to three Cs. It's clarity, it's community and it's content. Right? So the first step to any mastermind launching it or running it is clarity. If you don't have clarity, you don't have anything. So the way you get clarity is you do market research, you have dinner parties, you do the brain work work to get clear on what the actual thing is that you can then be influential in helping to solve and create a group around that that allows people to get the other two right, which is the community and the content that they need in order to, to get that, as well as support as well as accountability, as well as consistent hot seats as well as the fun cool trip that you get to connect with people on a regular basis with, you know, the, the fun bells and whistles that you can add to a mastermind, but that's the really the three core components. So again, I want to just make a quick call to action if you're here on the live, live, if you hear on the replay, hashtag replay, head on over to MastermindtoMillions Live. If you want to join us in Phoenix Scottsdale for mastermind to millions 3.23.26 we're selling tickets like hotcakes. They go up in price not too long from now, so definitely lock in the best rate. And if you want to just get some more information about our story about how this all came together, gets free training, you can go on over to mastermindbillions live start or the quick short link is marbles link, slash live and go ahead and sign up for free and we'll give you more incredible studio content that we have filmed for you. So, really excited about that. Um, I think the, the thing to take away here is whether you have an idea or not, whether you feel influential or not, whether you feel like you are ready to run a mastermind or not, that's perfect. Any amount of imposter syndrome is actually a healthy thing. That means you're not a sociopath. It means you are somebody that cares about getting results for people. And we give you the tools with which to discover the way that you can do that most effectively. And this is not just effective for masterminds.
Oh.
These same lean startup scientific method principles can be applied to any entrepreneurial endeavor for the rest of your life. If you can sell a mastermind, if you can sell coaching, if you can sell a widget, you could sell a skyscraper, a yacht, a private jet. Whatever you decide to do next, this is going to help you because it's really about understanding people and psychology and how you can get them from where they are to where they want to go.
I love that. And the interesting piece about, and I'm going to speak particularly about masterminds, but it applies to everything. It really, really does. I will say to people, if, if they're ever having difficulty in getting the. Their mastermind launched, there's fundamentally two reasons why that occurs, in my opinion is that the promise of the mastermind isn't compelling to the people that you're trying to market it to. Like, there's this mismatch. It's like, yeah, that's not what I want that happens. Or the other side is the people that you're marketing it to are like, wow, that's a compelling promise and that's meaningful to me. But you're not my person. I can't see it coming from you. That's not gonna work for me. So those are the only really two reasons that that occurs. But I want to share, like a little magic trick that helps your tribe recognize you see you as the leader of the tribe. And it is this and it's exactly so the, the process that, that process that Brad teaches you about this market research and finding out what they want and what's going on, is that what you're really after? And if you can think, if you can think this all the way to. What you're really after is the capacity to hear slash speak, slash reflect back to your tribe that which is going on inside their head and heart that they have not yet really said out loud publicly. They might have said it to their dear friend, they might have said to their spouse, might have said it if they had a couple too many glasses of wine. But for the most part, it's not something that everyone knows about them. But when you say those words, when you reflect that concern, when you say, I know you stayed up late worried about X, when that happens, people are like, oh, they know me. Oh, they lived that. Oh, they've navigated their way through that spot. So this market research, you're looking for that underlying recognition. You're looking for that underlying story. You're looking for that underlying concern. You're looking for that underlying desire. You're looking for that egoic label. They're looking for that. You're looking for that experience of freedom. And if you can't say it to them, if you can't say it to them, they will not see you as their leader. So anyway, just weave those two things together and you have a home run.
Yeah. And that naturally flows into a really high quality and an integrity sales conversation. Because, you know, at the end of that call, you know, you said, hey, this is not a sales call, which it isn't if they're like, hey, one of the, one of two things going to happen at the end of that call. Give me what you got. Tell me about your offer. Okay, well, in integrity, I said this wasn't a sales call, so. And we didn't book that much time. So here's what I want to do. I'd love to tell you about it. Let's create a new container, let's say next week. By the time I'm done collecting all these responses and have my, my ducks in a row, let's have that conversation. And you do that. Or they won't say anything. And then you could just say, listen, it's been really great getting to know you a little bit and thank you for sharing your, your advice. I'll be working on this offer over the next week or so. Would you like to hear about it when it's done? And now it's a new conversation. Right. You didn't pitch them. You didn't tell them to say, hey, It's a, you know, beat you over the head with this offer because the offer's not done yet. You're being in integrity, and with that, you now have a way to artfully transition. Now, let me just talk about numbers here, because I think everybody comes back to, well, Brad, show me the money. Well, I had a client named Sonia that, you know, she was a corporate beast. Like, she was incredible on the corporate side, and she decided she wanted to leave, that she was living in Dubai at the time. She's getting a calls at midnight to be on our Build Mastermind program calls, which is really exciting. And I give her every credit, bit of credit in the world. She took this and ran with it. She was like, I'm just gonna trust the system. I'm gonna make it work. Now if you were to reach out to 25 people in your market that you're like, hey, get on a sales calls call with me and I'm gonna tell you about my offer. You know, first of all, you may not know what your offer is at that point, so you might be winging it and you might be wasting people's time. So that's thing one. And what might happen is you might reach out to 25 people, five of them might say, yeah, fine, I'll get on a call. And three of them might say, yes. You end up with three clients for 25 outreaches. What she did is she followed the market research formula. She went out and did 25 outreaches, booked 20 market research calls, got 18 of those to convert to sales calls, and ended up with 15 clients. So she 5x the typical result, 500% better than you would expect just because she didn't skip any steps. She was respectful of people's time. She created a container that was in integrity. She followed the process that we lay out step by step by step in the program, and she made it work. And as a result, she got way more clients than she would have otherwise. And I just want to be clear, like, you don't need to have a giant list. You don't need to have a big funnel. You don't need to have a huge audience. You know, Jay and I actually have been working on, you know, Internet marketing stuff for years and years. The majority of the relationships and people we'd invite into Masterminds are people that are in our farm, people that we have their phone numbers. That's where you start, right? And if you want to bang the bushes and, and. And sound the alarm and throw up the flag and say, hey, you know, I want other people as well that I'm less acquainted with. That's fine. But you start with the people who have the warmest relationships and you build it for them. Let me say that again. You start with the people with whom you have the warmest relationships and you build it with them. Most people. You build it for them. Most people start with how can I find the coldest possible prospects that have never heard of me and wing them an offer that I haven't really thought through that is all about me and my ego. And then they wonder why they don't get any results.
So I want to just share an example of that. And so at the very beginning of me attempting to learn digital marketing, I had done about three years of work in the space of I'm going to take everything that works in classroom, doing experiential work, and I'm going to move that online and that's going to work out great. And three years later, it's like I burned all through my money. Nothing was working. I was frustrated beyond belief. And it was finally like, I throw my hands up. It's like, okay, I'm going to go and pay the experts and join a bunch of masterminds and join a bunch of digital marketing groups and join a bunch of, get a bunch of consulting and I am going to learn this thing. Like, I am like a blank slate. I only had one problem. Well, let me rephrase that. I always have a bunch of problems. But I had one big problem, which was I had no money because I had burned through it all trying to figure it out my own. So here, here's what I did was I started a mastermind. It was called the online business breakthrough. And I positioned what it was. And here's, here's what it was in a nutshell, that there was space for 12 people. Those 12 people would pay, depending upon, upon how they paid, would pay somewhere between 17 and $20,000. I would go and join all of these pieces. I would do all of the consulting, I would bring back absolutely everything that I learned and we would work together for all of us to get our funnels built, our copywritten, our CRM set up, our positioning done, our online courses, design, all those sorts of things. For a year I traveled, went to the U.S. i learned stuff, I brought it back. But here's the fascinating part of this is going back to the, the, this idea of the survey and understanding what was going on is I knew exactly who to reach out to because people saw me trying things and were always texting me like, hey, how'd that go? What happened is working? Is it not working all the rest of it? I just said, listen, there's no point in all of us and 12 of us paying $2,000 for a flight.
I'll do it.
I'll bring everything back. And that online business breakthrough, we sold eight in like 48 hours at $20,000. Poof. A year later, every single one of us is successful in digital marketing through that process. And I just wish I'd done that three years earlier. But it's. That's that idea. I know what their problem is. The problem is they created a page that didn't convert. The problem is they have a CRM that actually doesn't do affiliate tracking. Their problem, like, I knew exactly what it was because I had lived on all of them and pissed away a bunch of money. I was like, great, let's solve that. So it's that when those pieces match, it's kind of like fishing in a barrel.
Yeah. And guess what? There's always a new, exciting, sexy thing that people want to learn about. You could launch an AI tools Mastermind right now that people would dive all over. I promise, if you want to go down that rabbit hole, you can do it with crypto stuff. Same thing with SaaS platforms generally. Like one of our mutual friends, Dan Martell, who just shout out to Dan, he just launched a book today about your time, which I just got in the mail. I'm excited to read. He. He launched his, you know, SaaS mastermind years ago. He switched that model. He's never looked back. And this is a guy who used to build unicorn SaaS companies like, and.
Just to be clear, I helped him frame that first Mastermind, which was idea to exit at Mastermind talks.
That's right.
A testimonial from him of we did night. We did $500,000 in 90 days after I helped him frame that Mastermind.
So the point here is, and that's awesome, I didn't know that, by the way. The point here is that whatever the sexy new thing is, you can dive down that rabbit hole and be ahead of everybody else and enroll them into a mastermind because that saves them time and ultimately money. Having to do brain damage to figure it out more than, you know, like, if you're really going heavy into a new industry, you're going to spend more than $20,000 just futzing around. You just are right. So if you can save people, if you can save people some time and aggravation, like, I just had somebody reach out to me today who is like, hey, I bought $50,000 worth of Ethereum mining equipment. Now it's moved from proof of work to proof of stake and charting and it's worthless. Well, not worthless. It will be. Go for something, but it's worth a hell of a lot less than what it was and I can't do it and I'm on a fixed income and what can I do? I'm like, well, I could connect you with somebody who knows more about mining, yada yada. But really the long short of it is you weren't ahead of the game. You were behind the curve and the opportunity shifted. You got into a very tight, red ocean competitive space where the biggest, most capitalized players, like on the other hand, I'm talking to a $300 million bitcoin mining firm. They're going to eat your lunch every day and twice on Tuesday. So just knowing where the puck is going and being able to skate there first puts you in position to help people out. And if you don't want to become the expert, let me just rephrase this. If you don't want to become the expert, you can partner with an expert. In fact, the first Mastermind ever launched was with Michael Quinn, who was an expert at sourcing products for Amazon and made a Mastermind happen with 52 people to go to Hong Kong and China that were already in his network. And I just helped sell it. And I came along and I got my trip paid for and I learned way more than I would have if I had just been coached by Michael. Not that that wouldn't have been a great experience, but it's now you're, you know, people are asking better questions, they're getting more interaction, there's better networking and I'm coming away smarter as a group of people versus just an individual one on one reaction interaction. So even if you're not the expert, you can find the expert, learn the thing you want to learn, become the expert in the process and have a much better time in doing it. I became the embodimen of what Mastermind to millions promised. I actually made millions of dollars for masterminds and I've helped other people make millions as well. So, you know, just being the number one testimonial, being Jay's business partner on this event that we're bringing back, I'm very excited and grateful to have you. We want you to come check it out. You can go to Mastermind to Millions live. Tickets go up every month. So don't Wait. Grab your best price now. And if you want to learn more about our story about how this all came together, we made 10 bite sized Netflix style chunk down videos. They're between like 10 and 12min each. You can get through them in an hour or two. All about this experience and about our story leading up to it and training on the whiteboard. We filmed in studio in Calgary when I was up there with Jay. And you can check those out at Marbles Link slash Live and you can grab tickets@mastermindtomillions.live.
Awesome and honest goodness gang. Come share this with us. You are going to be blown away with value and content. And by the way you your example of you and Michael. I still love that story by the way. And it's so wild that just when you and I started working on this Michael surface just back in my world.
He's back baby. Let's go. Yeah, he just shows up in his powered paraglider or his boat whenever he decides he's always kind of there and he just like. It's like saying Bloody Mary into the mirror three times. When he shows up, he shows up. You know I don't think you're wrong.
About that to be honest. But. But you, you tweaked a whole other thought which we don't have time for today. But I want to plant a seed for folks, particularly if you're in a spot where you don't feel like you have the kind of influence that you want or need. So you can do this in two different ways. You can do this little thing called an Anchor member. And an Anchor member is kind of like the think of it as the, the avatar or the poster child of who everyone else in the Mastermind wants to be. So lots of ways you can cut a deal for an Anchor member. An Anchor member can just be a guest. An Anchor member can be a permanent member. An Anchor member can be paid to participate. An Anchor member can be. You can do a JV with them than that. If, if they have a product, service or offering that they can pump through the Mastermind, there's a bunch of ways to do it. But the honest goodness truth there is that when you have the right Anchor member in the room that is worth its weight in gold. And we at Mastermind Money's live. Which is why you need to get your ass there. I will teach you a multitude of ways and I'll tell you the story of of the only billionaire who's ever made me a sandwich who was positioned as an Anchor member in a Mastermind I helped set up, it's a good story, but it's just one element of how to use this strategically because you don't have to have all the answers. You don't have to be the leader of the tribe. You don't have to have all those elements. If you can combine great facilitating skills, a tremendous experience like Brad was just talking about, and an anchor member or two, you can be home free.
I love it. Well, here's the other thing to consider, is like, we have an opportunity to lead our tribes. We have an opportunity to change the world in a way that will shake and impact the foundations and the pillars of society. We can create these little tribes, little communities. We can be the cure to entrepreneurial disconnection, loneliness. And not even just entrepreneurs, like any, whatever your niche is, like everybody's suffering from an epidemic of loneliness right now. And disconnection. And the cure is community. And what creates intimate curated community better than a mastermind. So why don't you get over there, check it out, be a part of this. Start thinking about who your anchor member is going to be. Start thinking who your expert's going to be. Is it you or somebody else? Start thinking about what your niche is going to be, who you're going to serve. Start thinking about what's in it for them. Everybody is tuned into the radio station wiifm, what's in it for me? And make sure that you are presenting your offer with our help. Oh, I remember what I wanted to ask. How many ways to fill masterminds are we going to teach a mastermind? A millions. You got over 30 and I got at least a dozen. I can add on to that. So I think it's close to 50 things now.
Yes. And by the way, when I said 30 in our interview there, I was talking about tools that they can take away in terms of ways to fill a mastermind. I would have to count that out, Brad. Like, but the truth is there's an inordinate number of variations. But I'm kind of, and this is one of the reasons I'm so happy that we're partnering on this. While there's, you know, virtually unlimited variations, I'm kind of a one note tune, which is I put a bunch of people in a room, do my best to build relationships with them, do my best to share the vision and understand what the hot buttons are in their heart, minds and soul and say, hey, if you want this, come play. Like, that's really the only way I have ever done it. But it is not the Only way that there is like your one on one strategy, I think is game changing. These two things together I think is I'm unstoppable. So we can do a bunch of tips and techniques in those processes. But like, even, even when I think of the anchor member. So to be clear, we, for the anchor member, we had the anchor member, we invited a bunch of guests, we had a little mini Mastermind and people like, how'd you get them? I said, well, it's not that hard, but if, you know, if you'd like to have more access, you should probably talk to us about our mastermind. But there's a lineup and there is an application and if I were you, I'd hurry, you know, like it's just. Yeah, but it's the same fundamental piece, just with a little billionaire cherry.
Right. And, and this is a fundamental part of human psychology. We chase things that move away from us and we run away from things that, that run towards us. Right. Whether it be lions or needy people.
I prefer the lion every time.
Yeah. So, so when you're thinking about positioning your Mastermind, make it exclusive, make it awesome, make it worthwhile, and make sure the people in the room are inspiring and delighting and exciting for the people who you want to be in the room. Right. So with that, I will give you one last call to action. What are we doing, gang? Let's get over to mastermindinmillions Live. Grab your tickets, go vip. Best price, best deal. Get the VIP reception the night before, which is where I met Michael and launched my whole Mastermind journey. You will get the three days of content, amazing training. You'll come away with multiple, a multitude of ways. It's like a Mastermind master's degree. We should think of the way, like we should put letters on the end of people's names that graduate and be like, you are now a Mastermind Master and that can be your cool certification going forward. Well, think about that. You can get the training videos that we put together, Netflix style, bite sized chunks so you can watch them on the go. Wherever you're at. That is at mastermindamillions Live start or just marbles Link live and go over and grab that and we'll see you in Phoenix Scottsdale, March 23rd to 26th. If you're interested in sponsorship, speaking, etc. Unfortunately they're all booked, but we still have some tables, we have some booths, we have some other ways to play and we have another event that we're already planning for October 5th through 8th, so.
And there's a panel. I think we are going to do this for the panel. Yeah, there's a panel.
Thank you for the reminder. So, gang, yeah. If you're watching at this point and you've been on these lives lurking, you've been thinking about it, you've been, you know, mulling, you've been asking your, your wife, your husband, your spouse, your dog, you know, for permission, now's the time, gang. Get in here. At the very least, you're going to come away with an awesome trip to Phoenix, Scottdale. You're going to learn some incredible things. You're going to know yourself better. You're going to have a better experience of life through our experience and decades of combined wisdom and all the amazing speakers that we have coming, which we haven't even started to drop the lineup yet, we're still finalizing some details and contracts, but as soon as that's ready, it's going to blow your mind and you're going to come away with an opportunity to launch a multiple million dollar business doing something that's the most fun of any model that I've ever done. And I have SaaS launches and I have books and I have courses and I have all the who's and what's, and I've won the 2 comma Club Award. And I don't care. Masterminds are my jam. Jam Jay's jam are masterminds. We do masterminds because they're fricking awesome. And we want you to do them, too. And we want you to find the right one for you to launch. We want you to find the right one for you to join. And we will have both available to you at Mastermind Millions. So come on down, gang. What are you waiting for? Mastermind of Millions Dot live. Let's go. I will see you there. Thank you so much.
