Good morning, welcome to make more marvels. My name is Brad Hart and today I want to talk to you a little bit about a morning ritual and why it's so important to get the day started. Now lately I've been actually going through the same morning ritual. I've been testing this out for about a month. I think it's really awesome and I want to share it with you. What I do, it's real simple. I grab a bag of lemons, you can get them at Whole Foods, you can get them at your local farmers market, Ralph's, whatever supermarket you like, the trader of Joe's, you know, either way you get your bag full of lemons. Get one of these lemon squeezers, you can get them off Amazon, they're about 8, 10 bucks, come right in the mail. Good. Alright, get yourself a nice knife. And what you want to do is squeeze that entire lemon into a little bit of water. First thing, slam that. You can put a little bit of cayenne on it too. It's like a little lemon pepper shot. Super easy. And the next thing I do is I slug an athletic greens shake, which is kind of a nutritional insurance policy. It's got about 80 ingredients, a lot of really good greens, and at first you might find it a little bit bitter, but as your body gets more alkaline over time and the acidity of your blood goes down and everything starts to normalize, you'll start to taste, taste a little bit sweet. So it's like a really good indicator of whether you're getting enough alkaline things in your diet. So that's a good way to start the day. A little bit of pink Himalayan salt pinch just for extra credit if you want. That resets your ph and all your electrolytes and gets your day. And it will actually make you a lot less needy for caffeine. Like for example, I went from three cups of coffee a day down to zero using this exact formula. And I have a longer post coming about the whole coffee saga and everything to do with that. But I just wanted to give you guys a quick little two minute video today to tell you about my morning ritual. So lemon greens and a little bit of pink Himalayan salt has been super effective. I borrowed this from my friend and partner at Make More Marbles, John Romanello, and it's been extremely effective. So check it out, let me know what you think. Put a comment down below and don't forget to check out makemoremarbles.com this is Brad Hart. Have a great day.
