Short instructional clip by Brad Hart (part four of a series) explaining how to present product 'pillars' (features) by using transition words that connect specific features to customers' emotional outcomes. Examples include phrasing community benefits and quantifying content (e.g., 'over 200 hours', 'lifetime access') to make offers more persuasive.

Part four of creating an incredible offer, Pillars. Now, pillars are kind of like features, but you don't just stop there. You don't just say, hey, the car has leather seats or the car has a sunroof. You have to make it specific and tie it to the emotional quality of what they actually want. And you use this with what I call transition words so that you can. This will allow you to. So that you're able to. So you might say this program comes with community so that you can connect with other like minded entrepreneurs who are on the same journey as you and stay accountable through the community to the things you said you're going to do on a week to week basis. Or you might just say there's, you know, you wouldn't just say there's videos and content in the vault. You'd say there's over 200 hours of content. You have lifetime access. Not that you need to watch all of that necessarily, but because it gives you all the possible things you could need to dial in the different processes that you're working through in your offer. When you're talking about features or pillars, you want to make sure to say what you get and also tie it to the emotional outcome that they already said that they want. And that will make your pitch perfect. I'll see you in the next video. Thanks so much for watching.
