What Is A Mastermind Group?

Foreign. So what is a mastermind group? And a mastermind group to me is a group of individuals who share common values, goals, and they're working together to get clarity, stay accountable and take action so they can stay in momentum in their lives and businesses. Masterminds are all about getting momentum and staying on the path towards whatever your goals are. They can be anywhere from five to 25 people. And really it's about bringing on not just experts, but also facilitators and other people who have expertise in that domain. So it's not all about you facilitating, it's not about you being the expert. And it can be structured in a lot of different ways. The biggest ones I've ever been a part of was actually 1700 members with three different tiers and global membership. And it earned $4.5 million a year. It was run by Neil Strauss. I was part of that mastermind for about three years. I, I also joined another one for a short time that was $100,000 a year and it was limited to 100 people. So it was earning $10 million a year. And I've seen profitable masterminds. I've seen masterminds where it wasn't about making money, it was about bringing people together and they just use the money to throw a really good party basically for everybody involved. So it can be run by a guru or an expert or facilitator. It doesn't have to be an expert. The difference is the subject matter, expertise. There's multiple formats and no one way is correct. And it really comes down to who is in it and what do they need to solve their problems.
