I failed my 20s by not doing these three things consistently. 1. I didn't buy enough rental properties. I had one and I hated dealing with tenants and toilets, so I sold it. Looking at the market now, I'm definitely kicking myself. 2. Travel hacking. I didn't start travel hacking for a long time. I traveled a lot, up to 50 flights a year. But I didn't know about the amazing hacks I know about now until later. 3. Whole life insurance. I didn't learn about this until I was in my late 20s. So by the time I learned about it, I had already missed 10 to 20 to 30 years, possibly of gains and accumulation risk free, tax free. Now I still did fine despite all these mistakes, but I could have been way further along had I made the adjustments I needed to earlier. What are some of the things you wish you did in your youth.
