How ADHD is a blessing for engaging in conversations and humor. We've talked before about having ADHD feels like you have spilled milk over and over. Spilled milk is basically just, you know, something that makes you do that. And you know, you're a smart person and you're like, I can't believe I did that thing. Having that happen over and over leads us to have to laugh at it because at first it hurts and we get embarrassed or we have shame around it. We're worried about what people are going to think. And then after a while, you come to realize it's going to happen. And when you realize that, we learn to embrace it. And the way to embrace it is to laugh about it. And another is engaging conversations. We've talked before about one aspect of ADHD that's really awesome is that we are constantly aware of things that are around us. We're curious. We're kind of sponging that information. And when we're talking to somebody about something that interests us and interests them, we go deep fast. And We laugh about it and we have fun together going into the topic because we're just riding this wave of dopamine that is making everything so great.
