Is this ADHD or is this something else? Something that's really important to pay attention to, a high number of people get misdiagnosed with something that's not ADHD before it being realized it is ADHD. So I've talked to people who have been diagnosed with obsessive compulsive disorder, with borderline, with mood disorders, and then they've been given medication for those things, which actually made their symptoms worse. And then down the road, they figured out it was ADHD. So it's very good to go through all the ADHD symptoms if you are diagnosed with something else, just to see, because either ADHD could be the comorbidity or it could just be the main thing that you should be focusing on to help you with your mental health.
