One thing that matters a lot that you don't find elsewhere that you do find in Latin America is loyalty. And I live in the US. I understand this. I have friends that are part of this, but we're a very capitalistic society that if you can make $10,000 and jump to a competitor, there's a lot of people, especially maybe my generation, we're told millennials are the biggest culprit of this. I don't know if that's true or not, but there's a lot of people that will take a pay raise to go jump around to another company. You don't see that as much in Latin America. These engineers are genuinely excited to join an interesting and growing company. So you see the retention rates at a much, much higher level than you're right, not just India, but the US. Still.
