I think that it makes my job in particular a lot easier that I work— my territory is here in California region because the time zone alignment is a huge thing. A lot of the people that I talk to are taking calls at 8 o'clock, 9 o'clock at night, so they're in the exact same time zone with Mexico. I've worked with other staffing companies previously, and one thing that Plugga always gets right is they always vet to make sure that there's good English-speaking skills. So that, that's not an issue with the communication across the engineers in the US and Mexico or in Latin America. So I'd say that that's probably a big thing. And then of course the affordability. They are super, super talented engineers, but if we're being honest, you can place two of those engineers for the price of what you could place for one engineer in the US. And, um, they're hard to come by sometimes in the US. The opportunity to work for a US-based company that's doing really amazing things, you will have to chase it too.
