💡 Empathy Drives Decision-Making 🌟

When clients choose between equally skilled vendors, they pick whoever makes them feel understood. Empathy has no downside: it costs nothing and wins deals.
If you're in a competitive environment and you're presenting your solution and it's transaction versus transaction, the client's going to choose the one that they feel like these guys understood me, they validated my concerns, they created a better experience. And it's all subconscious. It's not like they're actually consciously thinking through this. It's because they feel that they were more understood. So if it's apples to apples, the one that's going to win is the one that's applying empathy. No one suffers, no one loses by applying empathy.
