The thing that happened in 2023 is you are coming out of 3 years in a row of remote work, no offices. So it wasn't really a big deal to have a remote team anymore. But with all things being equal, you'd rather have that person on the same time zone because in 2021, 2022, you could afford to have people from all across the US because you didn't care where they worked. You could afford them and everybody worked in the US. So it was all like roughly the same time zone. You know, 3 hours was the biggest difference. You didn't want to give up workday collaboration anymore. So the next best option was Latin America. And that's where Latin America is today. It's got enough talent, enough labor supply at the price point without sacrificing quality or time zone.
