Can you talk more about the process? Like, okay, Ruben, I think I want to put a Salesforce team in Mexico. What's next? How does that happen?
Understanding the requirements, obviously understanding exactly what they're looking for. Good recruiters that know how to find these folks because they're not easy to find. Salesforce developers, whether that be in the US or in Latin America, are not easy to find, especially very good ones. So that was really getting our team really focused on looking for places where we can find them, whether it's people that have had come out of working with US-based companies that have had good solid experience working directly with our clients and setting up the interviews that were necessary to make that happen and build those teams.
