All right, let's talk about filing your Form D. This is the official notice you're giving to the SEC. Now let's walk through what a Form D looks like. I would recommend a law firm or compliance firm to help you file this. But again, I want to make sure you understand what's on there. This right here, this is a Form D right from the SEC. If you're looking at my screen, you put your name in, jurisdiction, street address, pretty simple. Then you come down here and you say what type of thing you are doing. Are you doing a pooled investment fund, investment banking? Insurance, commercial banking, they'll all use this. But you come down here, oh, we're going to do a hedge fund or a private equity fund or a venture capital fund. You're going to mark which one you're doing. Is the issuer registered as an investment company? You'll say yes or no there. So you'll select which one you're doing. Let's just say we're doing a Reg D 506 fund. Great. We just select it right on here. This is a new notice. We're just starting. We're going to raise equity on this offer. You can always amend this later. And you go down and you fill this out, use of the proceeds, signature, and you sign all this stuff. Again, your law firm, I'd have them just help you fill this out, make sure it's done exactly the right way. A lot of disclosures here.
