Well, we're gonna see who's gonna show up today. Man, this is terrible lighting. Oh my gosh. Well. Well, we'll just do this as a test run then since no one's here. This is terrible lighting. Hope everyone's having a wonderful Tuesday. I slept terribly last night, but I just got new linen bedding, so you know we're holding the best of both. We're trying to hold the best of both worlds. All right, I'm gonna get started and share my screen with you guys. Let's see. Select a tab to share. Oh, here, let's do this. I'm gonna move this over and then bring that presentation to Chrome. Just gotta log in. Okay, right-click on this tab and select split. Okay, whoa, this is pretty cool. All right, so I'm going to share my screen. And now we can see my screen, right? Welcome to Amplify Your Voice: The 3 Shifts to Sing with More Confidence. This is a live, as we know. I'm here. Hi, it's Tuesday, 4:11 PM PST, and so I'm here with you guys in the room and Yeah, we're gonna figure out how to improve our voices and get more confident in speaking from the core of our being. So in this live workshop, we're going to go over learning the Voice-Led Clarity Method to break anxiety loops and get the clarity you need to move forward. And that could be moving forward, you know, in a lot of different areas. It looks different for everyone, but what my hope is, is that you are moving forward not not just as a singer but also as a career person in your life. I want this to apply and amplify in other realms in your, in your life. That's why I started this work. So welcome, my name is Brooke Richey. I'm a 20-plus-year vocalist, multi-trauma survivor, indie rock artist, and film composer. And I like to include the multi-trauma survivor thing in there because your voice is the instrument you need to overcome trauma. Yes, there's a lot of things you can do when you don't use your voice, but in order to fully— in order to fully process it out of your system on a physical level, you need to be able to say and speak in the ways that don't identify with victim mentality, so to speak. So if you're feeling a little on edge right now, I just want you to take a deep breath And release through your mouth. There's no— there's, there's no threat here in learning a new way of how to overcome what you've been through, if you resonate with this. But that's a little bit about who I am. I am an award-winning film composer. A couple summers ago, I was nominated 3rd place in the Seattle Indies Awards. And that was actually after one of the most harrowingly dark experiences of my life. So you can see when you keep showing up, it pays off and it pays off to just keep showing up for yourself. So takeaways from today, you're going to be able to identify your voice blocks. You're going to be able to use the 3-step voice-led clarity reset. And you're going to learn how to keep momentum with your goals, your dreams, your vision. Now the issues we face, let's talk about them. We have anxiety that leads to procrastination, and then we have a lack of direction. We get stuck and immovable. It's like we're— we feel more safe when we're stuck, when we're in neutral. And then we have a freedom problem. So this is a little bonus. I know I said today— I know to get you here I said the 3 simple shifts. Well, there's a 4th one as well. Um, it's looking at your ability to be free as an individual. So let's get to it. I'm going to teach you the, the Voice-Led Clarity Method. So what is the Voice-Led Clarity Method? This is your voice and nervous system and language, the intersectionality of these 3 things. So again, your voice, what you're saying, what you're exerting, how you're using your voice, your nervous system, and then the language you use with your voice on your nervous system. This is huge. So to break that down a little more, the voice, breath, and sound. Nervous system is your presence, your ability to be present, and then language, which is your self-direction. So let's get to the 4 voice blocks. Block number 1, the anxiety loop, and that takes us out of the present moment. Type in the chat here if you've ever dealt with anxiety. Give me Give me on a scale of one to five how much you struggle with anxiety. One being not so much, five being every day, almost every moment. All right, I'm seeing a lot of fives. So guys, let's let's ground down. Let's let's ground down right now. Let's just all close our eyes together if you feel safe enough to do that. Remember, we are just. On a live call. And we're going to breathe in through the nose for 5 seconds. Hold for 2. Release for 5. Hold for 2. Inhale for 5. Hold for 2. Exhale. 2. Breathe in. Feeling a little better? How are we feeling now in the chat on a scale of 1 to 5? Let me know. 1, completely calm. 5, it didn't do too much. All right, this is just a little recap so that we can continue to look at these things. I know the second that we look at them When we see the words on the screen, when we digest and start to process what we're about to look at, that puts our system into what? A state of expectation. So we're expecting something by looking at these things. So I want you to write in the chat, what are you expecting by looking at your anxiety loops and how this impacts you and puts you out of the present moment? What are you expecting from looking at this issue in your life? Are you expecting it's going to get better? Are you expecting it's going to stay the same? Are you expecting it's going to get worse or something else? Go ahead, type in chat for me. Okay, awesome. There's a lot of people that are expecting it to get to get better, and I love that. I'm so excited to see that for you guys. I've had my fair share. I've trust me, I have had my fair share. We we are in my bedroom right now. Because this is where I feel safest to do this presentation. Like, trust me, I'm 100% with you. Okay, block number 2, direction fog and low energy. Type in the chat, scale of 1 to 5, how much do you struggle with direction fog? There's too many options. You have a lot of overwhelm. Maybe with that anxiety you also struggle with ADHD or ADD, that sort— those kinds of symptoms. Okay, and because of all this, what's happening? We're— we get stuck in waves of low energy because there's too much, right, coming down on us that we can't exert all the energy needed, and it causes a crash. Yeah, how much do you guys resonate? Okay, so by the end of this session, how happy would you be if you could wipe just these 2 blocks from your slate? If you could live without these blocks anymore, scale 1 to 5. Let's do scale of 1 to 10 for this one. 7, 4, 10. Okay, lots of 10s, 12s. Okay, awesome. Great. Okay, so that's what we are working on here with voice-led clarity. Again, I'm going to say it again, voice-led Clarity. This is something that obviously we're not taught this in schools. We're not taught this at home. Maybe some of us get a little bit of education around processing our emotions at home, but I for one was not. I, I didn't even know what certain emotions were until I was in my late 20s. I had no idea. I actually had no idea like that there were different names. I knew there was happy. I knew there was sad. I knew there was disappointed. So write in the chat right now if you resonate with this. Give me a yes, no. Okay, fuck yeah, hell yeah. Okay, gotcha. Great. So now let's recap in block 3 before we actually— we're not even getting to the meat yet. This is just a warm-up, you guys. So thank you so much for staying here on the call so far. Block 3, it's the overwhelm and immobility where we're stuck, right? And we have misaligned yeses. Raise your hand if you've been a yes man, a yes girl. I have. I definitely have, where I'm like, I can do that, so I'll do— I go and do it. I can do that. I can do that. I can do that. I can do that, right? There's so many options and you see opportunity and potential in all of them, but what's getting missed in all of those yeses is what? The yes to do the thing you really want to do for yourself. If you resonate, type in the chat scale 1 to 5. How much do you struggle with this? How long have you been putting off your dreams, your vision, your goals, what you want for your career as a vocalist, what— as a musician, whatever that is? How long have you been putting it off? How much do you put it off because you say yes to everything else? Okay, I'm seeing a lot of 5s. Great, I'm so glad you guys are here today. We are going to work through this together, all right? Okay. Block 4, last bonus one is it— all this really is, it's a freedom problem and this is where the voice can recondition the danger response to feeling safe. This is how the voice— and if you listen to me talk right now, this is after years and years of Training, practice, processing trauma. The way my voice sounds, it's very even keel. It's a lower register. It's not high and, you know, yippity and all of that stuff. I talk like this because I talk from my core, and this is the exact same place that you guys can all speak from as well. So make sure you stick around for the rest of this training. So let's get into it a little bit deeper. Voice block 1, we're in the anxiety loop and we're out of the present. So what's going on? This is painful and it's frustrating. It's a painful and frustrating cognitive habit which leads to social withdrawal and irritability with the self. Why this is such a big problem is because we mirror each other, you guys. So if you're feeling, I want you to type in the chat one to five. How much more connected are you feeling seeing the other responses from other people right now? Right now, are you feeling really good about being here, about investing your time right now, about getting to meet me and you know listen to my story and find another pathway? Great, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome. So here's an example of this. You become anxious about all the work you want to get done. Your attention goes to worry, and then this becomes your reality. So here's your mind's eye, right? It's in the very center of your forehead. And likewise, we have our 2 eyes that look where? Forward. They're not like our ears that listen outward. Our eyes look forward, so that's where we need to keep our vision at all times. Forward, forward, forward. So raise your hand, type in the chat, say a yes or a no. Do you feel right now that you have forward vision, or do you feel that you have like the eyes of a fly and you're looking a million ways all at once? Type in the chat. Okay, great. Not great that we all— that a lot of us feel this way, Eyes of the Fly. But this is what we can do to center into that focus. We're going to just do a quick check-in right now because a lot of you are feeling like this, and I want you to get as much as you can out of today. So we're going to close our eyes one more time. We close and we close and we close. And I want you to center your eyes, your gaze to your mind's eye. Center your eyes, your gaze, your vision to your mind's eye. Now this next part might be a little bit of a challenge. I want you to say one thing Just one thing that you want to achieve by the end of this year. Just one thing. You can say this out loud, but you can just say it quietly to yourself as well. I want you to focus on your mind's eye as you say, "I want to do this." Okay. Third part to this. Command yourself now to do the thing. Now we can open our eyes. How are we feeling now? Do we feel a little more centered, a little more calm? Great. Awesome. So what we want to work on then with voice work, with the Voice-Led Clarity Method, is Shifting our reality with what we say. Okay, so now that you feel a little more grounded, this is just breaking the surface of what voice work can do in your life, of what the voice-led clarity can do in your life and in your career, how it can transform anything and transmute. It's by What you say in your mind's eye, your vision, what you command on your system to do. Okay, so what's the cost of this is the thing. We're stuck in the anxiety loop, we're out of the present. Here's cost: we lose time, we lose progress and momentum on work, we lose opportunities. And experiences and we lose income. What else? Type in the chat. What else do— what else does this cost you guys being stuck in anxiety loops? I know there's— this list is like ever long. Time with family and friends. Wanting to do— wanting to learn golf, wanting to get into horseback riding lessons, wanting to travel more. Yeah. Yep. That's a big one. Yep. Okay. So here's the solution. We have to name the feelings within our body. What this does, it pulls us right back into reality because life is as you experience it in your body. So just where we all were, right? And we were— a lot of us were chiming in and we were saying, yeah, feeling anxious, feeling anxious, overwhelmed, there's too much overwhelm. And we centered it, right? We got into our mind's eye and we said what we wanted and what we were going to do. We have to say the feelings that are the The roadblocks to that vision because this is where the reverse engineering comes where we can break down the anxiety loop so that it doesn't have a chance to stand anymore so it doesn't run the motor in our mind anymore. It trains your mind that your voice is not lost as well. It's not shut down. Just because of a feeling, and that your word has the final say. And this, this is going to— I'm so big on voice-led clarity because of the I am command on your body. We respond to commands. If you think about this, like back to childhood, being in school, your teacher tells you to do something and you do it. And the most successful students usually are the ones that really listen to the teacher, right? So long as it's a good teacher. And that's where I know a lot of friction comes for some of us, is where it's like, well, we weren't taught to do this. Yeah, I know, but you can learn, and it's okay to take your time in the learning. It's okay that you are where you are today. And again, thank you so much for being here on this call, in this workshop. So this is what we're doing. With the Voice Led Clarity Method, we are rewiring our subconscious mind to let us know that maybe we weren't listened to in the past. Maybe our word was dismissed. Maybe what we shared was manipulated against us. I know the pain of that. Type in the chat if you know the pain of that. Yes or no? Yeah, I know the pain. But in saying what you feel, you allow the feeling to be seen and heard and known, and that is when you can step into the space of releasing it from your system so that it doesn't cause that anxiety loop. Okay, voice block 2, let's get on to it. Direction fog, low energy. What this is, it's a numbing state of being that keeps you coasting without significant accomplishments. Right? We're kind of just waiting to see what happens. We don't really put ourselves out there, out there. So here's an example. We say, I can't. We say, too much is going on. We say, not good enough. I'm not good enough. So, right? Here's an example, and and here's another example. You have a habit of saying, "I'll do it tomorrow," about working towards a dream, but you've been saying that for three years now. I'll do it when? Not right now. Not scheduled at a certain time. I'll do it tomorrow. That's a vague— it's a general toss of putting a responsibility somewhere instead of just deciding, no, I'm going to do this at 4:05 PM today. I'm going to just show up. I don't know what I'm doing, but I'm just going to show up and do it. Okay, see how that makes a difference there in the direction of where you're going? And it also changes this, the energy state. It changes the energy state from excited decisiveness of getting to create something, right? It changes it into that when we say with definition what we're going to do and when we're going to do it. Okay, voice block 2. Oh, and so like, what's the cost of this, you guys? What, what do you think the cost of this is? What are we losing out on here if we are stuck in that place of neutrality? We're not doing anything, we're coasting, we're stuck in safety. Self-esteem— our self-esteem is compromised. Absolutely. Self-trust is betrayed because when we don't show up for ourselves, we're conditioning and teaching ourselves that we can't do things even though we can, our confidence thins. So the solution here is to state what you want. Going back to that little exercise we just did, the interjection there, which is— which that was completely— that is completely because I'm here with you guys and I'm seeing what's going on. Normally I would wait To share that with you guys, but here's the solution: You've got to state what you want and create something. So you have to state what you want because what you want is attached to what desire, and desire is a positive human life force. So to dive in deeper, when you focus on I don't want. You are training your mind to look for those things, and they become your life and focus. I don't want to end up like that, but then you end up like that because that is your focus. You see how that works? It's all about what you put your vision on. So you have to put your vision on what you want. So type in the chat, what do you want right now? You can share what you told yourself earlier. You can say something else. What do you want to achieve by the end of the year? I want to make $100,000. Awesome. I want to go to France. Awesome. I want to go to Italy. Awesome. I want to buy a home. Awesome. By the end of the year, it's September 22nd. Okay. And so then by creating something, you boost your confidence, giving you a small win that you are capable. It doesn't matter if the thing sticks forever. What you're doing is conditioning yourself, teaching yourself that you can win, that you can try something new and move forward. Voice block 3. Overwhelm, immobility, you're stuck. This leads to misaligned yeses, right? This is a numbing state of being that keeps you avoiding your path, doing just enough but not a full Yes. Over time, suppressing that 100% yes wears down your sense of identity and you lose touch with your purpose because your soul, your happiness, your joy ignites when, when you have a 100% yes. To work at, go forward towards, right? That's your life force. It's not the, the 50% yeses. I can do it. Okay, so here's an example. You continuous— you continuously ruminate thoughts of, I'll do that one day, with no statement Of intent or action taken. One day, one day, tomorrow, sometime. Vague. It's not definitive. You have to work with time. Does that make sense? I hope this is making sense. And look, just to go deeper, what the cost of all of this is: you resort to becoming a jack of all trades. You never become a master of something. And you spread thin with little fulfillment. Like, in the chat, rate it. How proud of yourself are you going to be in 20, 30 years from now knowing that you could have gone all in on the thing you want to do and you kept saying yes to becoming a jack of all trades? 1 being severely unhappy, 5 being very happy with that result, with the result of misaligned yeses. Okay, great. I'm glad I'm seeing a lot of 1s. Perfect. So what's the solution then? You got to name what you are avoiding and make room in your life to move towards it? What are you avoiding right now? This shifts your wants, desires from hovering, right? They hover around us like we already know they're there, we already know they're a possibility, but they're in the realm of possibility and we want them in the realm of feasibility where we can grab them, where they're tangible, where they're in our life reality, right? The more reps we do this, the closer to reality and accomplishment we get. So when you was I gonna say? Because just think of it like this, like. You, you have food in your fridge for dinner, but you're really craving something else, like you want to go out for pizza or something. You want to make pizza instead. In order to get the ingredients or go buy a pizza, you have to physically leave your house. You have to call someone. You have to do some kind of action, right, to get that pizza on your table. So the avoidance is what? It's an action. That's all. You're avoiding the action required, whether that's going out and buying it yourself, ordering it for pickup, ordering it for direct delivery. The avoidance of that green light action, the thing that's going to get you what you want. You're avoiding it, and then you what? You say, "Well, I have all this other food. I can just eat that, but I really want pizza." See how that works? You gotta name the avoidant thing, and you have to say, "Okay, every time I want something." I avoid doing the thing that gets me it. It doesn't really matter why. It's just that you know that you do it, that you're aware of doing that. So let's get to voice block 4. Voice block 4, it's a freedom problem. This is our little bonus block. Freedom problem, conditioned danger response, learned helplessness, subconscious— it's a subconscious belief that you have to be dependent on anyone, everyone else to gain or achieve something you want. You can't just do it yourself. There's some conditioned danger response around doing what you want freely. Wants are associated then with adverse experiences and they're likely easy ones, so we overcomplicate ease itself. And this is just, you know, to share a little bit of my story. I had a very damaging experience at 9 years old. A caregiver very easily mimicked a trafficking scenario. I wasn't actually trafficked, But they mimicked this scenario because they thought, I believe, they were communicating their own experience in the way they knew how to someone they thought would understand. I was 9, so no kid doesn't understand what you're showing them, what you're teaching them, and that sort of thing. What ended up happening was just being taken from my home. Watching a horrific film. That film is The Passion of the Christ. 9-year-olds should not be watching it and that having the same kind of damage of sexual assault on a young child's mind, the same kind of damage. Why? Because it was what I was forced to ingest and it was a very easy situation. So I share that with you guys to not focus on me. I share that with you to see how big of a reframe it is when you can just pan out from, oh, it actually has nothing to do with me. I had this response because my system was doing its job. My nervous system was doing its job and that's why it's been hard all these years to make things easy because that was such an easy thing for this caregiver to do. They just said, "Hey, let's go watch this movie." Took me out of the house. I was isolated from my siblings, and next thing I know, I run away from home because I'm given the impression that home isn't safe, and I'm given the impression that life is really hard and torturous. Okay, so that over the years turned into a freedom problem. I can't be who I want to be without suffering, without sacrificing myself because of the nature of the film. As we all know that story, I hope we know the story. Best story ever written, ever told, ever happened. So I share that with you because the reframe is this: I was nine years old. I was nine. It wasn't my fault, is the thing. It was the caregiver's fault and the damage it did to me. It was a lot of damage. But am I going to sit here and neglect myself year after year after year, knowing I need to take care of this portion of my life so that I can get to the rest of my life? No, I'm not. That's that should be your number one priority. Because job one is you. Take care of yourself. Don't take care of other people. Take care of yourself. Obviously, if you're a parent, you're taking care of your kids, but you get what I'm saying. You have to put your oxygen mask on first. So here's an example again. Um, that was an example from my life, but here's another example. The steps required to achieve what you want are simple and easy. They're triggering you into functional freeze because of the association to simple and easy being harmful. That's it. Like pan out, pan out, pan way out. Okay? Like thirty thousand foot viewpoint on you and your situation with whatever you've experienced that's causing this voice block for you, this freedom problem. It's Just because the simple and easy is triggering you into, I'm not safe. In the chat, how much does this resonate to you— with you? 1, not so much; 5, extremely. All right. Awesome. I'm seeing a lot of 5s. Awesome as in I'm glad we're all here together because now you know there's all of us here who resonate with this. There's all of us here where we can connect with one another and support one another in this phase of where we're at in our journeys. You are not alone. And I know everything we've felt, everything we've gone through, it's very isolating and feeling, but you're not alone. Okay, this proof right here. Okay, so really though, what is the cost of this? What What's the cost of not fixing this freedom problem in your life? Anything that's easy becomes a threat. You lose out on relaxing, having fun, just being present, your skills, talents, your dreams. You lose out on it because those things are naturally easy for us to do. And if we— our systems are so hardwired into hypervigilance to not allow it anymore. We're losing out on a significant part of being human, of the human experience. We are missing out on it. I used to be an insomniac. I'll share this too. In 2017, I was an insomniac for about a year and I— this was happening as you've heard my story from the experience when I was 9. I was a worship director and I had to step down from the position because on Saturday nights I could not sleep. I would maybe get an hour or 2, or 2 hours of sleep around 5 AM. I'd wake up at 7:30, then I'd get ready to head to the church for a 10 AM service. And I, after, after several months of battling it, I was like, I can't do this anymore. Like, this is not humanly possible for me to function, and I hate being a zombie on Sundays. God doesn't want this for me. Like, I know if God is good, God does not want me suffering like this. So I stepped down, and it sucked because I, I love leading worship. And it was, you know, now I've pivoted into leading my own band, Blackbird Collective, and really just rebuilding those skill sets in a different scene, but with a bigger reach because I am driven to bridge the gap in our world and bring light to the darkness. And that's what I get to do with my band. And it's not just isolated and siloed to a church, which really mimics that trauma from when I was 9. So that's, you know, there— so that's the thing. The easy thing for me Then was just saying no to fix the problem, or okay, so get to the solution. So the solution then: we got to name the easy experiences that ruined freedom for you. Like I just shared, I was nine when this seemingly harmless Saturday watching a video, watching a movie with this caregiver was. Supposedly helping me, but it wasn't. And, you know, preventative care, in a way, it wasn't. Um, it was really just this person crying out for help and trying to figure out their own trauma, but it was putting me in the position of harm. And I think this is something some of us struggle with. Like you can share your experience. There is nothing wrong with sharing your experience. You are not harming anyone by sharing your experience. You're not trauma dumping. When people say trauma dumping, it's witnessing. You're getting witnessing when you share your story. The more you get witnessed, the more you receive validation from people saying like, holy crap, how are you here? You survived that. What? The more that ignites your soul and your human, your humanness, the more that tells you, yes, I am a human. It's safe for me to be a human, to have my feet on the ground, to not have my head and my vision in, you know, fly, fly land, looking all directions all at once. Okay, if you don't share Your experience—it's like it never happened. Is it an absolute that you have to share your experience to move past it? Probably not, but I would say it's quicker because the more eyes, like I said, we mirror each other. The more eyes that look at you and tell you, yeah, that was effed, the quicker you're going to believe it. That's why you name that easy experience that ruined freedom for you. And so again, what this is doing, it's making the experience a reality which provides you with security in your life story and truth. Your body knows the truth already. That's the thing. It's been waiting for you to claim the truth. You keep rejecting it. You keep not wanting to look at it. You keep putting it under the rug. You keep neglecting it. I wasn't able to look at that truth of when I was 9. I wasn't even aware. This is the thing, some of us were not aware that it's trauma. We're not aware that it was a danger. We were not aware how damaging it was until we start the work, right? But that experience that was so damaging to me and it opened my third eye, Into kind of the spiritual realm. It was so damaging that I wasn't aware, but it stuck in my my system and psyche for twenty years, waiting, waiting to be seen, waiting to be claimed, waiting for me to say this experience happened to me and it was extremely damaging. And it caused all of this insomnia around being a worship director. It caused all those things, all of that hardship. And had I have known, you know, it sucks that I didn't have the provisional care. It sucks that we don't have that. Type in the chat if you're still— if you're still here with me and you're like, yeah, this effing sucks that people didn't show up for us. Yeah, I know, but you get to show up for you right now. Job one. The solution is easy, you just have to name it and I want you to just try on a very— you don't have to go all the way deep right now, but just try it on a very surface level. In the last week, think of something that really irritated you, that irked you, that just drove you mad. Did you dismiss it and ignore it? And if you did dismiss it and ignore it, type in the chat what was the thing that pissed you off. This is very surface level. It's a very, you know, this is very safe. All of it's safe, but this is going to help you do this with those bigger, larger experiences. Awesome. Thank you so much for sharing, you guys. I'm so glad you're sharing. Wow. We had— wow. Yeah, I went through something like that too. Okay. So now let's do the voice-led clarity reset. This is in 3 steps. And it's a teardown because we need to reverse engineer. This is where our systems are at right now. When we're in this heightened state, we have to reverse engineer back down into our body, ground our feet on the ground, get back on the earth, get back into gravity. So the top thing is breathe and hum. We've done some of that today. 2 is name and reframe. We've done some of that today. The last thing, the most important one, we have to commit. We have to commit to the transformation, the transmutation of the energy of the experiences. We have to commit to the change we are stepping into in our lives. So I want to share some, some, some of my time with some of my experience with some of my clients with you. Here's a case study on— we'll call him Adam for privacy's sake. He was Stevie Nicks out of a band. And if you don't know what that means, that means he was just kind of like the band broke up and he was jutted out of it. And it was a really emotional, overwhelming experience for him. He went from this spot of direction fog, the anxiety loops were going, he was stuck in safety, there was a lot of overwhelm of what do I do now. He went from that overwhelm, gray fog everything, into a director of 3 projects at once. He went from emotional overwhelm to grounded acceptance. He lost the band, but he gained a greater network to through new commitments. So listen to that again. He lost a core group of people, but then he gained a greater network through his new commitments. Because what did he do? He did the steps of the Voice-Led Clarity Method— breathing and humming. He named what it was, started reframing it, and then he committed to what he was doing next. He accepted. It was the grounded acceptance that enabled him to move forward. And that leads me to introduce to you Amplify Your Voice. This is a 6-week voice confidence program. And if you're here still resonating, you're here, here wanting more, I invite you to join today. Because the longer that you put this work off, the harder it's going to be to get past it, right? And to get past it. Let's talk about what's inside Amplify Your Voice. There's 6 modules on voice, nervous system, song identity, expression, and roadmaps. There's integration guides and audio practices for you, and I have a few bonuses as well: the Happy Hummer 3, which is a 3-part guided meditation, and the Holistic Singer mini course. You can see the values of all of these Coming out to $2,228 for all of this. And today, because you're on this call, you also get 3 group coaching sessions. This is yours today for $997. Those group coaching sessions are $250 apiece. So that would have been an extra $700. That's an extra $750 in value for you guys. But all of that for you today for less than $1,000. So I want to know, type in the chat, do you see yourself here? An empath, you're creative, you're a leader, and you're ready to calm down into peace and steadiness. You're ready to get back on track. You're ready to step into your next level. This is for you if you resonate with with any of these. If you're looking for a quick fix or passive consumption, this is not for you. I cannot have you in this program if you're looking for passive— passivity. I can't have you in this program if you are wanting to be passive, if you're wanting to remain in that neutrality zone of— and the safety of being stuck. You will be moving the needle In this program, if you and look, I know a lot of people have concerns here. They ask questions like, "Do I need to be a singer? A very professional singer? I'm only a beginner. What if I feel scared about what I'm going to encounter and come up with? How much time? You might ask how much time you need." And to all of that, yes, this is geared towards singers, but it's really for anyone who wants to be more confident in their voice. And like I said before, the way I speak, the what, what you hear coming from me, this is coming from a body that has been through the wringer. It took time, it took care, it took effort to get myself to a place, a baseline of peace and calm. That's why you start the work right away when you know it needs to happen, when you know something's going on, because the longer that those loops go on in your subconscious mind, the more you're conditioning yourself to live life that way. Right? So you have nothing to lose here. You only have yourself, wisdom, peace, and the career you want, the opportunities you want on the other side of this. And if you feel scared, that's natural. That's completely natural. Like, if you feel scared, actually, it's probably a good sign. If you feel scared, that's actually a good sign. That's a sign that your system is like, I know I need this thing, but oh my gosh! I'm I'm nervous about stepping into it. That means your system is calling out to you when you feel scared. And how much time do you need per week? You two hours tops. Maybe maybe a little more. Four hours tops. Let's say four. You need 4 hours tops. You just need 4 hours to go through the modules, the PDFs, or when there is a group coaching session going on and those run for an hour each time. That's it. It's not a whole lot of time. It's just a matter of making the space. Remember, make the space for where you want to go. So I'm going to drop the link for you guys here. And now that you have that, you have until midnight tonight to get this at the $997 price point. Oops, let's go at the $997 price point with the bonuses.
