Hello. If you don't— look, look, if you never say the thing, you're never going to move past the thing. And if you never move past the thing, those— that thing that happened to you is going to wreak havoc on your system because there's all these emotions that are attached to it that you've never processed and you've never dealt through. I'm a 20-plus-year vocalist and indie rock artist, and I've been dealt a lot of traumas in my book one of life. I'm finally moving past it, and it's amazing to finally close the chapter. But I'm doing this work because I know that there's a lot of other people who grew up scapegoated like me. You dealt with narcissistic coercive control. You maybe had a suppressed traumatic memory. You maybe had complex post-traumatic stress disorder developing from a very young age, and you want to be free from it. Look, if you don't say the thing, you will never move past the thing. And the thing about all of this stuff is we're really good at protecting ourselves. So if we never say it, that means we never have to admit it. But the thing is, it stays suppressed in our system. So look, I'm going live today and tomorrow in my workshop, Amplify Your Voice. It's a workshop. It's a live Q&A session. You can register for your spot with the link in my bio, the link attached to this video. And in this workshop, we're going to go through the 3 shifts that you need to make internally that are going to help you become a more confident singer, more confident in rooms, more confident in social circles, all the things. Your voice is literally this instrument to help you direct your life, to help you architect your life. If you are disconnected from it, Because there's experiences in your past you haven't worked through, you're just not gonna architect your life, and that's no way to live. So hit that link and I'll see you on the call.
