The content is instructional and aimed at helping entrepreneurs scale effectively.
Two common traps most health and wellness professionals get into when they are starting to grow their online business. Number one, they try to do everything themselves. Just because they think that they can do it or that they think they can do it better than someone else, they try to do it themselves. This often leads to 12 to 18 hour days. No one wants that. Number two, they try to throw money at the problem by hiring really expensive freelancers before they're ready. So wait Beverly, that's the same thing. Hire, don't hire. So the real question is when is the best time to hire in your business? To maximize both the return on investment and leverage on your time and your money, know three things. Number one, Know what your dollar for hour is worth. If you want to make a million dollars this year, then your hour is worth 480some dollars. This means that if you are doing the tasks that would take someone else anywhere from five to $15 an hour to do, now might be the time to start delegating. Start delegating those tasks to get your time back that are going to be real down movers. Number two, know your business numbers, meaning make sure you know what your ROI is. If you're going to delegate an hour of time, know that you're going to get that $480 back by having a conversation. Know where the time is going. Also know what your profit margins are. What is your earnings per lead against your cost per leads. This will require you to have your back end set up. Make sure that your offer is powerful. Make sure that your machine is ready to go and when all of that is dialed in and you know when to increase performance, you can start growing your team and scaling to those six figures and beyond.
