This is a YouTube video titled "7 things you need to know about posting" containing a monologue by Beverley Simpson recorded on October 21, 2023. Beverley discusses the importance of data and performance metrics in refining growth strategies, emphasizing incremental improvements over controlled time periods.
And so how do you know the difference? Well, it comes down to the data and it comes down to the metrics. And you getting clear on what are the performance metrics? And are you continuing to refine performance and just getting 1% better with each action that you take based on the metric that you're measuring in a controlled amount of time? Now, the truth is, most people are measuring okay, one post, seven posts, when you may or may not need a little bit more longer of a controlled time because growth is dependent on visibility, value and volume.
