And another thing I personally do, too, is if it's a financial thing, I've definitely had those moments, especially when I've made huge investments. And it's so scary. I look at the numbers and I go, how long will I be okay if I made no money back? Right? If I just spent this and there was zero roi, which never, ever happens. And that, again, helps me go, okay, there's security here. So I personally find some of those more. Because I am a little bit more analytical, those factual exercises help me calm down and go, oh, we're actually okay. We're fine. Does that make sense? That's kind of what I've personally done.
