You probably can point to someone right now who has more authority than you, but perhaps less expertise. And so in order for me to really get present and realize that, I had to acknowledge, oh, I'm an expert and I have room to grow. And this was an area of opportunity for me to grow. I've said this before on podcast. I think it was with a rock. We were talking about it, which was that I usually can. I know this about myself and I see this a lot in working with a lot of other coaches, is that the more dogmatic I am in my approach. I realized that was when I was the youngest in my career. That was when I had less experience. And if you look at ancient texts or ancient wisdom, you realize that it's the true experts, the people that are, you know, revered like Buddha, Jesus, doesn't matter, your faith. But they're the ones who said, I realize I know nothing is when they became a true, true being.
