This is a YouTube video titled "Balancing online and in person coaching" containing a discussion involving multiple speakers about managing a coaching business that includes both in-person and online components. The conversation features the owner and head coach of Revfit and other coaches who are also business owners, focusing on the dynamics of hybrid coaching models. There is no indication that Beverley Simpson is one of the speakers.
So I'm curious, you know, now that you've had the experience and now that you are incorporating the online space, do you foresee that you would, you know, grow your Rev company and add some hybrid online components to your brick and mortar?
Yeah, it's a good question. So right now if I just take just a snapshot of the clientele that we have here at Revfit, it's myself as the owner and head coach. I have three coaches that work with me here and they are each in their own right. They are also business owners, so they each have their own businesses that they oversee, one of whom does strictly online coaching. Another actually owns a martial arts dojo here in our plaza, and the other coach does youth athlete training out of this facility. So, you know, I have to be mindful of the fact that these are three young men who are also, you know, budding entrepreneurs that really want to try to make a living for themselves.
