This is a YouTube video titled "Balancing work and family" containing an English conversation recorded in June 2024. The dialogue features Beverley Simpson discussing her experience starting and managing a gym, focusing on maintaining high-quality in-person coaching and making strategic decisions about gym location to maximize foot traffic.
But through the process of starting the gym and opening it up, I knew my service had to stay at a high level. My in person coaching, that was first and foremost, no matter what. And then if it took a little bit longer to follow the rest of the steps, they'll be it.
Yeah. So how did you go through the process of finding, you know, you know, what, what does separate your gym from potentially the other location? How did you scout the location that you thought was going to have the most foot traffic? Like, what were some of the things that went into those decisions?
A lot of it was location within the city, I think.
