I don't actually think we are here to guide our children. I think our children are given to us to be portals into our own work. And actually, now, as I'm exploring family history and stuff, because that's so tied to the stories that we've created about ourselves, I'm even looking at, you know, my parents through a very, very different lens than I have before. And I thought I'd done a lot of work around my relationship with my parents. And even now I'm like, wow, like, there's so much more here. And it's not about blaming my parents for anything. It's looking at them with wild curiosity and seeing them just as sovereign human beings, not as my parents, but just as humans. How would I view them differently? And what can I learn about myself and man? Like, just some of the stories as I've asked better questions of my parents, the things that I've learned about myself and my own nervous system and why I may have come into this world dysregulated right out of the gate.
