Why people do what they do. It's. But anyway so I think and all the therapists that we've talked to where genetics loads the gun and the environment pulls the trigger I feel like I was in a perfect environment to develop binge eating disorder because I was singled out. I would sneak food I would isolate and sneak that food because I was not able to eat it. But speed forward to adulthood I've, I've always been active. I love fitness. That was the one thing I've that kept me sane. But I do think sometimes I was fighting so hard to prove that I was the only big girl in the step class that could also out step you and outdo the routine. I could outlift you, I could out squat. It was just I think that might have been a little bit of trying to prove myself but in that, in that realm I did do started doing purging exercise purging, you see that a lot. But us big folks, that happens to us too.
