This is a YouTube video titled "Boost Mental and Physical Health The Power of Sensory Inputs" containing a monologue or single-speaker talk recorded in 2025 discussing the assessment of vision drills and their impact on physical and mental performance during group classes.
The big thing that we do is we assess ad nauseam, meaning if I have you do a vision drill, not only am I assessing, can you follow it in or to the right or whatever? I want to make sure. Is that making you better on the spot? Right. And that was kind of the thing I told you with what you were going through. Just check, like, your movement after you do the drill that I gave you. Right. And that is very clear that it can help change the person's path. Because we want to know, is it making you worse, better? And samples, all those could happen. So if I do a group class and there's a vision exercise and there's 10 people, it might bore them better. Four the same and two or worse. And that changes the way that you practice that exercise.
