Now everyone wants to think about their strategy, but the strategy component is a sliver of the business. So now here's some of the mistakes that people get into in the 0 to 10k range is that they get they strategy hop. So what happens is is that they get into uninformed optimism, they take action and then it doesn't go the way that they want to oftentimes face because of skills. Okay. And then what happens is then they get into informed pessimism and then they're informed pessimism if they stay here too long, lives into the valley of despair and then the Valley of Despair. And I've talked about this on the podcast a lot. This is a study from Kelly and I always forget the other person's name and then I go back and look at it. But it's inside of the podcast. The Kelly, they live in the Valley of Despair. And the only way out of Valley of Despair is through.
