Talking to a friend a few months ago now, he brought up the idea of writing a breakup letter with yourself. And so. Not just because the eulogy kind of has an end thing to it. Nothing else can change. But the breakup letters, you know, these are the things that, when I was in management, you know, we used to say, manage up or manage out, right? If somebody's got a bad attitude, hey, I want you here. This has to leave. If you leave with it, hey, that's okay, because. But I'd like you to stay. But we need this. Leave. Manage up, manage. That's what the breakup letter does for yourself. What are the things that I'm doing? They're not feeding this vision that I have, this goal that I have. Then set a plan to get to that goal, right? So we've got the vision, we got the things that we're cutting out. We're hacking away the unessentials. We get a plan to get there that has process, goals to make sure we're on course, right?
