This is a YouTube video titled "Building consistency and resilience" containing a dialogue between two speakers discussing strategies to help individuals stay consistent and avoid negative feelings related to social media. The conversation focuses on personalized check-in structures and proactive support to maintain engagement and resilience. The speakers are not identified as Beverley Simpson.
How do you help them stay consistent and show up for themselves without going through that shame spiral that social media kind of cultivating create?
So I put a lot of power back into their hands. My check in structure is pretty loose. I don't want to say loose loose, but it's. They fill out a form either weekly or bi weekly. And in that form there's actually a question if you're not owed a call because I have different tiers of pricing that will say either like you have a call every week or you don't. And if it says if you're not owed a call, would you like to get on the phone this week and discuss something? And 9 out of 10 times people will actually say no. And I kind of know the people that I have to kind of watch out for and who needs a little more tlc because there's some people that will say no and I know like they're just burying their problem and I will proactively just reach out to them. And I've just, I've taken an active interest in understanding every individual I work with.
