It's important to celebrate where you have come from and recognize that where you're at right now, at whatever level, there's someone that needs to hear your. You too. So it's interesting. I'm about to do this goal setting workshop and I'm going to walk you through the process of what I carry my accelerators through. Because it's so important that we do this, we do this year over year. And what I found this year, if I'm being honest and transparent, is the magic of maintenance. Okay, so what do I mean by that? I mean that this year was a good year. We had good growth. It wasn't this huge, massive transformation. And I'm feeling really neutral about it, which I think is good because earlier this year, and I've shared this for a couple of years, I have been trying to hit that seven figure mark. And what I recognized this year, as I personally went through the process, I'm about to walk you through and walk my accelerators through, I realized that being in maintenance mode prevented me from getting to that next level, from breaking through that gap.
