I've been in the fitness industry a little over 21, 22 years now, serve different people over the years. At this point, I serve do a lot of education with strength coaches, personal trainers, and I also serve high school athletes who are looking to play in college, especially in the rehab setting where they're bouncing back some injuries. Because, personally, I went through that myself and didn't have any answers and had to go out myself. And now that I have those answers, I want to make sure they have the tools and the answers they need so that they can believe that they can play at a higher level, bounce back from these things, and really be resilient. And that's what a lot of my message is about for me and fitness is being resilient and finding ways to be strong, durable and resilient. I'm a father of four, of a wife and family man. Right.
