This is a YouTube video titled "Coaching Insights: Preventing Self Help Missteps on Social Platforms" containing a monologue or talk from March 19, 2025. The speaker discusses the importance of coaches continuously evolving and reminds them to avoid misguided advice such as drinking urine, emphasizing the need to stay grounded to better serve their clients.
Become coaches because of me. Search and we're always sharpening the saw and sometimes hearing episodes that are designed for our clients, the general population, the people that we're trying to serve, the people who are inundated with social media content that are encouraging them to drink their urine for goodness sake. Yeah, coaches need to hear that too. And I think for two reasons. One, because we're always evolving and growing and that never changes. And two, because sometimes we get so caught in self focused, in our own stuff that we forget our clients sometimes need to just be reminded, don't drink your own urine.
