I think of an athlete just as somebody who's like training to perform some task. So I see you've got the typical athlete like sports, you know, whether that's an endurance sport or a strength sport or obstacle course racing or whatever. And then with my more gen pop, like people that just want to live a healthy life, I like to frame life as an athletic event. If you look at even some of the ground reaction forces that you experience on a day to day life, they've done some studies where they've put like wireless force plate insoles basically in people's shoes and have them do daily tasks.
