This is a YouTube video titled "Effective Data Analysis for PCOS and Complex Clients" containing a discussion between two speakers about analyzing data over a month to better understand client needs, with a focus on complex cases such as PCOS and hormonal changes. The conversation appears to be professional and informative, but does not include Beverley Simpson as a participant.
If we're looking at the grand scheme of things, it would probably be more beneficial to look at a month of data, because everyone's going to have social outings or something that may happen on one weekend and not another. So the more data points, the better. That's my theory always.
Yes, that answers the question perfectly. Now, out of curiosity, is it different and do you look at it differently for your complex PCOS clients than you would someone who isn't?
I don't look at it differently, but I do put a bigger emphasis on it. Just like women in perimenopause and menopause, these type of more complex clients need to be more dialed in than like the average fat loss client.
