This is a YouTube video titled "Embracing Change: Lessons on Overcoming Life's Hardships" featuring Beverley Simpson sharing a personal reflection on the challenges she faced in 2023, discussing the emotional difficulty of life lessons and resilience as a coach with over two decades of experience.
You know, it's hard when we're in the middle of those lessons. And, you know, 2023 really took me to my knees in my life. It, you know, I had one of those moments, and I know most of us have them at some point in time where you feel like the, you know, your knees have been taken out from underneath you and everything changes, and, you know, you can't go back. Nothing is ever going to be the same, and you have to move forward. And when you're in those deep lessons, it is so hard. It is so painful. And there were days where I thought, God, am I going to find my way to the other side of this? And this is with being a coach for over two decades. I know my stuff. And it doesn't matter how good of a coach you are.
