A trainer explains why self-employment offers more job security than salaried work. You control your schedule, your income, and whether you keep your clients when things change. Salaried jobs can disappear overnight, but your skills and relationships stay with you.
And the person with the salary job still has to work. What do you think? You're a trainer. You're constantly looking for that next client. You have to work your business. I mean, it's not like someone shows up, salary secure benefits, that's it. And then they stop working and putting in effort. Talk to most of your friends that have those kind of jobs. They're stressed, they're burned out, they're unhappy, they're working extra hours. You know, there's trouble with, you know, the relationships are struggling because they're, they're, they're caught doing way more than you know, and they're not paid or compensated fairly. They have no or little control over their own pay structure. And you look at our industry and go, we work hard at it passionately. We're doing something that we love. Yeah, our hours can be unconventional, but we have a lot of opportunity to control our inputs and our efforts. So if all of a sudden we notice, hey, business has been down the last three months. All right, cool. What can I do about that? All of a sudden, business went from 60,000 to 50,000 as opposed to 60 to zero, right?
