How did I build this seven figure membership? So, like I said at the beginning, Macro Makeover was a group coaching program that was eight weeks that we made for Gen Pop. How to calculate your macros, how to track, how to carb cycle maintenance, reverse diet, dieting breaks. Do you need intermittent fasting? If you're going to do it, this is how you do it. How to build your own meal plans, everything. Well, when I created that, I had coaches signing up for it and they were like, can I take it? And I was like, oh, I guess. Go ahead, sign up for it. And it was because in 2018, when I created that, I was one of very few coaches teaching people how to calculate their own macros. Everybody told me, don't do that. If you do that, your clients are going to hire you one on one. They're going to buy this one time they're done. They're like running away with like your secret sauce. People told me not to do it. And my, my internal feeling is, can I be somebody that's completely different? Like, what can I create that no one else is doing? And I had this back and forth conversation with my husband. He was like, how much are you going to put in that? Like, how much are you going to put in that? And you got coaches buying this macro makeover. And I was just like, fuck it, I'm just going to do it. And so I created it and it blew up.
